They showed up with out a battery pack, no batteries and only had jumpers with a old beat up truck and a kid in sandals. He used a voltage tester and said batteries and alternator was dead. Remind you, he tested alternator with a truck that had no power. Then he said they had to come back in the morning and to just change batteries, would be $1600 but that we owed over $800 for diagnosing and their time today. Threatened to call the police if they didn't receive payment which would have done nothing and he told my company owner that his truck would sit there untill he got paid and every minute he sit there would be paid more and they didn't even attempt to jumpstart the truck. He bragged about making $24,000 a week as a partner and said that him and the owner both came from Loves together and started the company. Horrible service. Our owner paid them to not have to deal with it anymore. They left with out doing anything but testing voltage. Didn't bring batteries, don't even have a jump box. I highly recommend you stay away from calling this company as you see from other reviews. Don't make the same mistake. The two guys running this show are scammers and clowns and if your making that much, I suggest you at least buy a decent service truck and a jump box. Bad business. Please don't make the mistake of calling these guys.

I was parked in front of my house, which is on an inlet, (mind you not a road) because there is not enough parking. I went inside to take a quick shower and when I came back to my car being up to a tow truck, the guy told me that it would cost $200 for him to drop it when it was parked on an inlet for the townhouses. When pointing this out the tow truck driver began to yell at me how I continued to park there even after being towed 3 times before (my car has never been towed away). So when I asked to see the tow company's policy on dropping the car he refused and began wenching my car up. He also had me pay him directly with either cash or Venmo and gave no receipt.
