We picked up an Italian wine that's not usually sold at nearby grocery stores. They've been around for 4 years or more now. Can't believe this place isn't even on the radar. The newer Pam's Pitstop Liquors is a little tucked away and further from the speedway than the original, but it is interestingly in an old auto garage, it seems. The exterior of the building needs a bit of work at first glance. On the inside is a narrow aisle that wanders throughout a maze of liquor. It has a bit of a cluttered feel with all sorts of things for sale everywhere as well as signs depicting brands like Rolling Rock across the walls. I saw everything from ready-made shooters in glass vials to mini spicy snack sausages. I didn't get a look at all they had on the shelves, as I was headed to the beer cooler at the back. Pam's has a pretty good beer selection. Not all of my favorites are there, but quite a few. They don't have the absolute lowest prices, but not the highest either. They also have a decent selection of single tall-boys in the cooler which I was used to seeing in every gas station in other states I have lived in. Since Indiana only has those chilled at liquor stores apparently, it has been awhile since I have seen those and nearly forgot they could be purchased here at all. The beer I wanted was not on sale and I didn't see anything else that caught my fancy at the time, so I just got an oil can of Foster's ale to try. Not the best ale I have ever had by any means, but it was worth a shot. Nice little store that is locally owned that I much prefer to the chain down the street. It has personality and I feel good shopping here. Friendly service by who we assume was Pam herself. I am sure I will return to look around some more and make a larger purchase in the near future.

I was looking for a specific tequilla... and they had it! Not only that they had several tequilas open for tasting so I was able to find a new tequila that is good tasting and very smooth. The sales associates on the floor are very knowledgeable; they don't just work there, they actually know what they are talking about which is very helpful. The have wine tasting on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They also offer classes to learn about wine.

Upon entering the store, i headed to what I thought was the correct area. 2 different employees walked past and spoke to me as they walked by. I thought that was pretty nice. Then a third one went past and asked if they could help me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me to it. I am happy she did. She showed me where the help wanted button was that I didn't see and that also wasn't labeled. But since she walked me back and identified it for me it was ok. Then an employee came back and helped me. She was very nice and pleasant and said she would have my order up front at the registers. Even the cashier was both nice and friendly. Each employee I encountered gave me a high level of customer service. I also liked the fact that the store was very neat and clean and very organized. I can tell by this location that customer service is very important to this company.

I've never been more wrong. I went in when the owner was there and he immediately picked me out a wine based off what I likes. None of the wine on the floor is more than $20 a bottle. The average price is $8 -13/bottle which what I normally pay. He tests out all the wine himself (dream job) to ensure quality. The store also has a bunch of grocery store items that you would typically pair with wine, making it a one stop shop. I've gone in a couple times now and the staff is consistently helpful and knowledgable. This place is an under appreciated. Staff recommendations are clearly biased towards pushing the store brands. They alway say, "if you like 'insert name here' you'll love this!" Because I never find this to be true, I don't find the staff's opinions credible. Overall it's a good place to shop with good prices ... the main reason to visit. However, it comes with some hype that's a bit of a turn off.

If you spend enough money and accumulate enough points you can get a $5 reward off of your purchase. I will say the staff is always very helpful and professional at Total Wine, and they were very helpful at this Noblesville location. Total Wine is a great place to find the beer, wine, or spirits that you are looking for, and you can sample wine, beer, or spirits at the same time. This Noblesville location is a great addition to the Hamilton Town Center, and I'm sure it will do very well with business for years to come.
