Today, two bagels - one was ordered as an everything with their herb cream cheese. The other is the Lox sandwich. It's our day to pack up and head home, so it was taken to go. Got home and the bagel & cream cheese was wrong - plain bagel on plain cream cheese - not everything and not herb. These aren't end of the world problems for certain, but these are some basic missteps that just shouldn't happen. If they were done because of an item shortage, no worries, just communicate that (nothing was mentioned). Unfortunately, Tusten Cup should be performing at a higher level than this.
