They have a "drive-in" section where you back in and the workers will load your products for you. They have a great selection and will help you on any subject in their field. That being said they are very helpful, knowledgeable, and provide the best service out of any hydro shop I've been to. I literally had direct eye contact with a number of employees both behind the counter and the back. That day must have just been restockers and women with heavy ass foundation on the computer that tells you the price but literally knows nothing about anything. Other guys around doing random stuff and never even bothered to help nor knew anything either. I was ready to drop some dough but lack of knowledge, experience and vibe was completely off. No one was an asshole, just lack a shit ton of customer service and knowledge hence the extra star.
