There are lots of screen printers in San Diego, however Shirt Shack is the only one I've ever experienced a level of service that can only be described at five star. They have printed about $100k worth of my jobs and I will always stay loyal to them. Many other printers have tried to under cut their price, but they can't undercut Shirt Shacks service.

Great work as usual from Medhat and team…read more I decided to get one of my own photos framed. I wanted a simple frame that was also sturdy. I also wanted some UV glass. Medhat provided me with some options and used his camera/software to show me how my photo would look with the various frames. After I made my decision, he gave me a reasonable quote, told me my order would be ready in a week (much quicker than Michael's), and took my payment. True to his word, my order was ready at the specified time. The frame looked nice and was of high quality. I love having the piece in my living room. I'm so happy to have a good custom framer in my area I'll continue to come here for my framing needs.

Extremely Disappointing Experience…read more *AVOID* this establishment. I had used this place twice in the past, and unfortunately, both experiences resulted in mediocre work. I decided to give them another chance primarily because of the convenience of having them close to my home. I dropped off several hats on 8/11/26 and figured that a full week would be more than enough time to complete the work. I stopped by today, 8/17/26, only to find that my hats were still sitting untouched in the exact same spot where I had dropped them off. The owner explained that he didn't have my logo on file, despite having completed the exact same logo on one of my hats just a month ago. When I asked why no one had contacted me, he stated that they had called. I then asked why no voicemail was left, and at that point, the conversation became increasingly defensive. I also asked why a follow-up call wasn't made after supposedly being unable to reach me. Rather than taking responsibility for the lack of communication and the fact that my order had not even been started after a week, the owner became extremely upset and rude. Mistakes and delays can happen--that's understandable. What was most disappointing was the lack of communication, professionalism, and accountability throughout the entire situation. Save yourself the time, money, and unnecessary stress. There are plenty of other businesses that value their customers and communicate professionally. Very unpleasant experience, to say the least.
