Every step--from the initial quote to the final walkthrough--was handled with professionalism and care. Communication with the Project Manager, Juan, was excellent. I felt completely comfortable asking questions throughout the process, and his responses were always clear and timely. It was also a huge relief to have someone coordinating all the scheduling and project details on my behalf. And then... the work itself. WOW. I selected the materials and finishes, but their craftsmanship is what truly brought everything to life. They renovated my entire floor, and there isn't a single detail I would change--every aspect exceeded my expectations. I genuinely cannot recommend A Modern Touch Construction enough. The entire experience was a 10/10, and I will absolutely be returning to them for any future projects!

I found the GAF website and learned how a great roofing company does a roof. Ozark Mountain Roofing is classified as a "GAF Master Elite Contractor" because of the training their people receive, the quality of their work, and the quality of the GAF roofing supplies. They completed a 4,200 sq ft 12/12 gabled roof in 2 days and I was impressed with how well their roofing crew worked and the quality of their work. I am 100% satisfied and will gladly recommend Ozark to anyone looking for a new roof! Take the time to visit the GAF website and learn about roofs and how to evaluate the contractors and their bid.

I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of communication, expectation for me to eat costs after agreeing to an increase in price twice (I didn't argue.), this is negatively impacting my income, and I still have no roof installed. I signed a contract for a roof replacement on 3/25. Since then there have been two additional cost increases to the contract due to missing materials, and incorrect measurement of the size of the roof. Multiple specific requests to be notified of when the install date is have gone unanswered. I work from home and will be unable to schedule clients for that date, so need to know in advance. I have been incredibly clear that this is important and I need a specific date. Yesterday I was informed the roof above the front door could not be installed because of the condition under the metal roof. This may void my homeowners insurance for future claims on that section of the roof and is not at all what was agreed on in the contract. They offered to repair the metal roof flashing, and leave the hail damaged metal. Additionally I was told that I would not be receiving a refund on the materials for this portion of the project because the company has had to "eat costs" on my project. Still don't have confirmation on an install date other than "Maybe Monday or Tuesday."

We asked for a…read morequote for termites primarily, but were considering their full range of protection against spiders, ants, mosquitoes, etc.. They looked over my house and detached garage and provided a quote for all services and explained that it would be cheaper to bundle all services into one setup fee instead of paying setup fees every time we wanted a new protection offering added. I was assured that the quote would be good for 60 days and would cover both my house and garage space. We shopped around a bit, but a month later decided to start only with termite protection and scheduled someone to come out for the install. When the installer arrived, he immediately informed me that only the house would be covered for the quoted installation price and I would need to pay four times the amount to include my garage space. I told him there was no way I would pay that since I was assured the original quote included the garage. He said he would make a call to see what the office wanted to do about it. He came back and apologized saying there were newer sales guys involved on my original quote but there was no wiggle room on the 4x setup amount and left. I called the office and asked to speak to a manager about the situation. I was told that he was in a meeting all day, but would call me back as soon as possible. I never received a call. This was a complete bait and switch move with no response from management. If they can't even call me back, I suppose I shouldn't expect them to honor their quotes, either. BUYER BEWARE.
