I appreciated that he presented many different options and aided us in seeing alternative paths. He spelled out the project details and was transparent about what went into the price which I've never had a contractor do for me. Henry made sure that we were pleased with the final result and was more than willing to have one spot redone. I got quotes from 5 other masonry contractors and none of them were as flexible as Henry to work with us on options to stay within budget. Working with Stone Bridge was a great value!

We hired them to open up the first floor of our Cape Cod, and they completely helped me re-imagine the space taking down several walls to create a true open-concept layout. Along the way they installed new hardwood floors across the entire first floor, redid our shower, replaced both toilets, moved our washer and dryer, and prepped all the groundwork for our kitchen renovation. The craftsmanship throughout was outstanding. The part that really earned our trust is they delivered on what they promised AND THEN SOME! They finished within the estimate they quoted, and they were remarkably fast and efficient without ever cutting corners. Glen and his crew went above and beyond at every turn. His entire team was helpful, friendly, and easy to work with from the first day to the last. I would name them all here because I've gotten to know them personally, but I'll let you experience it first hand! If you're nervous about hiring a contractor (and who isn't?), Procraft is the team that will restore your faith. We could not be happier and will absolutely be calling them for our next project.

I have owned several (five) homes in my life time, and undergone any number of extensive home…read moreremodeling projects. This was without doubt THE BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor! Mike and his team were hard-working, efficient and highly professional at all times. Mike did everything he said he was going to do, in all cases on time and on budget. He started the work the day he said the work would be started -- and he completed the work two weeks later, the very day he said the work would be completed. He worked long hours to make it happen, in spite of inclement weather outside his control, and even went above-and-beyond to protect our property as if it were his own home during the bad weather periods. Our good experience started with Mike's quote, which was far more detailed and well thought out than the competing quotes. It was by no means the cheapest -- but it was competitive, and it was very clear that Mike had taken the time to think through the project in detail where others hadn't. Mike was very clear about what was included in the quote, and what would be additional -- should there be additional work needed once the team got into the job (in fact, once he pulled up our roofs, there were indeed a few sections of support beams that had rotted and needed to be replaced --- but because of Mike's clarity up front, there was no question that this was outside the scope of the original quote). Both the quote for the job, as well as the hourly rate Mike quoted for any additional work needed, was more than reasonable... especially considering the quality of work that was done. Mike also went the extra mile to point out areas of future potential problems or concerns as he found them -- but without trying to "sell" us that more than was necessary should be fixed right away. We appreciated feeling that he was truly "on our side" in understanding that we had a set budget, and prioritizing what was urgent vs. what could wait for another day. Finally, I can't speak highly enough about the quality of the work done. I have worked with many contractors who will press and cut corners to get a job done quickly, or who will realize they have under-quoted a job and then try to cut corners to make up the time on the back end. Not Mike. Mike is as meticulous as they come. His preparation is thorough; his measurements are perfect; and his final work is flawless. When the project was complete, we could not find a single seam, gap or ill-fitting joint anywhere -- it was PERFECT! As you can tell, we are very, very satisfied customers and we will definitely be using Mike and his team again and again for our future projects.

My husband and I have wanted to build a family home for years. The challenge was in finding an…read morearchitect who could understand our desire for a classically correct Stone Georgian. In a world of mcMansions, fake siding and faux details, we met dozens of "sham-itects" who wanted to create a Disney-esque version of our dream....we were frustrated and ready to hire a proper English architect who could understand our vision, when we met Ron Gushue. Ron is a true gentleman, and I can honestly say he is as good as his word. It's an unusual quality in the realm of home building. He was not only a master of his craft, he truly understands the difference between quality and sham design. Ron built a home not only for us, but for our grandchildren and great-grandchildren. How many architects can say that today? It took a few years, but we have a home with architecturally correct detailing; a stairway inspired by the Petite Trianon, and the type of details not usually seen in this country. Ron created custom moldings throughout the house, found antique white oak floors from Belgium, and created a "man's world" for my husband with a walnut office paneled floor to ceiling and a Sapele Mahogany Library & Billiard room! For me, it's all about the understated elegance and old world charm. This house looks as if it's always been here; it's part of the landscape and I look out of my mahogany windows and see a future of Easter lawn parties with my (yet unborn) grandchildren. Ron did a fantastic job and I cannot recommend him highly enough!
