I hired this company in September to do some simple repairs that I am still waiting to be finished…read morein December. The worker that initially did the job made it look worse than it did before, charged me double for materials, and only replaced the wood around 2/3 of the windows that I paid for. I was told by the manager that the worker did bad work for many other customers as well and was fired. Instead of redoing the work, the owner did a patch job with bondo that took two months to finish and left with my paint, which he lost. Then they installed an unpainted piece of wood that I cannot reach to paint. The office manager was very nice but spends her time making excuses for the lack of professionalism and rescheduling no show appointments. I am having to hire someone else with a ladder to finish the job and buy new paint.

I was not home when he came. He said that it was hair in the drain (asked him to leave me the hair but none found) and so it was a new problem, and he charged me another $120 for 20 minutes. When I called, I told his wife I just thought perhaps what he did March 4 needed adjusting. I would never have called if I knew it would be a new charge and especially for something I could do myself. This guy, as I told him, is not looking for customers, but just for money anyway he can get it.

I got a text with response updates. The plumbers called at 11:30 and said they could swing by and fix it now (earlier than expected), if I had time right now. I agreed and they came. Poor guys had to bail out about 5-6 -- 5 gallon buckets of muddy water to get to the problem. They worked through the rain that started and got it fixed. It was disheartening to see them wallow in the mud and getting wet at the end, but they diligently got it completed, regardless of the wet obstacles. They even came the next day and double checked that it was fixed properly, because the rain was filling the hole at the end and it was fixed but not truly visible in the murky puddle the rain was making. Great guy and was persistent was able to identify damage to my roof from a previous hail storm within the past few months. Major concern of mine is that I couldn't locate a review on Yelp or Google for this company. When it comes to a large project spend like a roof, I want to know the reputation of the company and know they are reliable and can guarantee the product and service. I'm a listener of Matt Moscona as well as 104.5 ESPN Radio and hear and see the continuous advertisements. Matt and Ryan Theriot are well known public figures and have a vested interest in Parish and in the BR community. With that, my decision was easy to place my trust in Parish who want to earn and maintain excellent standing in the community with exceptional high quality service and a guarantee on their product. I called Parish and they sent Ron Richmond "the old man" to my house. They could not have sent a better person out to sit down with me and go over the process. Ron made everything seamless in dealing with the insurance process and going over the shingle color to the start date of the project. He is a great guy and I will send him as many customers as I can. My roof is very large and with a carport extension i was told that the work would be done in one day at worst possibly two days. As they began removing the old roof the project manager, Landon, did an excellent job contacting and communicating with me the challenges of the project. I've lived in my home for four years and they uncovered more water damage than what was anticipated. I knew their would be additional cost, but didn't anticipate as much damage to the soffit and fascia as there was. They gave me suggestions and I went with replacing any of the damaged wood. Better to have peace of mind and I will sleep better because of it. I was told the job will probably be an additional day. The roofers were done same day and wrapped up by the time the sun was setting. There were a few small things to wrap up on day two and did more clean up to make extra sure they got all of the nails and very small debris. Overall a top tier experience, great crew, and Landon did an exceptional job. His customer service is outstanding and he did a great job taking care of covering all things as well as additional costs with me. I will absolutely recommend Parish to neighbors, family and friends!

Also, AJ removed two speaker boxes from the ceiling of the Office/Sunroom to paint the trim but they were not installed back. On Sunday, after the work, Dan informed me that he will come back during the later part of the week (Thursday) to finish the job, however he wanted partial payment. I wrote him a check for $2,7000 leaving a $200 balance for the unfinished work. Dan informed me later that he won't be able to do it on Thursday, instead he will do it on Sunday March 15. On March 13, Friday, I called him to confirm that he would be coming on Sunday to complete the job. He informed me that he won't be able to do it on Sunday but instead will do it on Wednesday March 18. When I insisted that he has to do it by Sunday because my Real Estate agent has scheduled for Monday (March 16) to take pictures of the house, he agreed to come on Saturday evening/night (March 14). On Saturday March 14, around 4:30 pm, I texted him to confirm that he would be coming as he stated, however, he did not text me back to confirm that he is coming. Instead, he started giving me runaround. I texted and called him several times to make sure that it is his responsibility to finish the job and to install back the Speaker box but he declined to do that. Therefore, I feel that Dan never wanted to do the remaining work, since he already received $2,700 for the work which I find that he cheated on me.
