Hector Sanchez completed stucco repair, sheetrock repair and painting last week on my home. He and his team did an incredible job. They went above the call of duty one day by staying well after dark to complete the job to try and beat the weather for the following day. His prices were very good. He always replied to my texts, calls and emails. He made some suggestions and even found some slight damage to our stucco that we didn't even know was there. he fixed it for free. I cannot recommend Hector highly enough. I believe he treated us more than fairly and did a pretty darn good job. read more

Hector and his team did a great Job! They worked hard and long hours in the heat of the summer! We had to replace some doors and some plywood and he had no problem with installing the additional items. He was very reasonable and and reliable. I recommend Hector Sanchez to everyone! read more

Today I came home and the material was blocking the access to the majority of the driveway. I had to get out after no help from cypress roofing and move the shingles by hand to the grass to park. Then Rob, wanted to argue with me about this request not to block my driveway. I also spoke to the people in his office that work with the sales people to make sure they don't block the driveway. A few things that altered my rating: 1)Found out 12 mins before our appointed time that noone would be showing up. 2)The guys left 8 large scratches on our wood hearth we just built and finished. 3)They weren't fully equipped. They had to use my step ladder, dolly, shop vac and concrete mix that was on my back porch (they used this without asking). 4)Communication wasn't their strong suit. They'd leave w/o letting us know or show up and just sit in their truck. This doesn't make ppl feel safe when working with contractors. 5)Glad my kids weren't here since 1 of the helpers was cursing and started talking politics. The 2nd helper was more professional. Avis did make good after I insisted 10% be taken off after taking off of work for a no show and the scratches. Overall, they did what they were hired to do but the professionalism could be better.
