We are now going on week 8! There was almost zero communication throughout this process except for when I would call for updates. After 4 weeks I decided to stop in and check progress. The car was barely touched. I asked and they said "waiting on parts". I was told it would be completed by the following week. So after that week passes(week 5) they said it would be the following Friday (week 6) before we could get it back because they had other customers that had been waiting 8-9 weeks. So now, we went to pick up as we were called and told that it would be done on week 7 Friday. So my wife and son went to pick up the car at the agreed time of 4pm. When she arrived she was told the car was finished but was in detailing, please give them an additional 30 minutes to complete. She agreed and came back 30 minutes later. My son got in to drive it home and the service engine light was on. So instead of driving it he (my son) popped the hood and noticed a bent/broken O2 sensor with the wires dangling from the bottom. The manager has refused to call to try and rectify this situation since it was brought to her (Karen)'s attention. Also, after discussing it with them they informed us that no alignment had been done on a front end collision. So a couple pieces of advice to anyone considering taking there vehicle here is to run away!! Also call your insurance provider and log a complaint to hopefully have them removed from the approved vendors list because this establishment has ZERO customer service skills and should not be attempting repairs that are clearly outside of there skill level. Sorry for the long rant, just wanted it all there.

No professional body shop would deliver it looking like this and say its ready. They said we can "bring it back" but why would we do that when it should have been delivered perfectly! Who is checking and approving the work when completed for delivery. Super dissatisfied and the mgr had a non chalant, no big deal, ya just leave it again attitude. Our kids dont have a rental car so this is a huge inconvenience. Seems to be a caliber collision theme from my experience. We thought we took it to a reputable co and drove an hour away to have it repaired correctly by a reputable co. They basically had to harass them to even get it picked up after all this time and it still was shabby work. Poor communication too. Be better.

Truck (2024 model) was thrown back together, after market parts, screws missing, headlight from junkyard, nothing lined up, paint doesn't match, pieces loosely attached if at all, Mike was very unprofessional and out of control, he stated they are filing for bankruptcy and even quoted they are in the hole 500k, pay 14k monthly in rent for space, (I have text to prove it and him asking us not to tell owner he was revealing such info), got very aggressive when issues were pointed out that were obviously not fixed properly! A piece damaged in accident wasn't even replaced or quoted. Waste of $ and a lot of time. Had to pay them just to get truck back to have it fixed right. Also found parts glued together instead of replaced. Pics attached as a few examples of the horrible work, these do not include all defects, and new ones caused by the shop.

I took my truck there to have a simple door dent fixed and after over a week in the shop I get called to pick it up and upon arrival the first thing I notice is my badges MISSING...I go in and ask about it and they say "oh yeah we forgot about that, our tech lost that and he is on vacation now so you'll have to wait till he gets back"....if that wasn't bad enough, further examination of the repair showed that they didn't even fix the dent properly and the door is still dented in and the metal is wavy, on top of all of this my truck was COVERED inside with dust from then sanding, they clearly didnt use any sort of barrier paper to keep it out and didn't even bother to clean it up, I got headaches for the next 4 days every time I drove it because the smell was so bad. So after a week of waiting for another appointment for them to fix it I dropped it off again....after nearly two weeks they call me and have me come by to look at it...the truck is completely filled with parts such as the door panel the side mirror the window, all just throw In the back seat in a heap...so I look at the repair and no surprise, the paint job is absolutely horrid, the orange peel was terrible and extremely noticeable between the front and rear door, so I tell them to fix this and come back the next day to pick t up, the orange peel is still terrible and now that it is sunny I can tell that the color they used is the wrong one, the new paint is noticeably more silver than the back door that they didn't bother to blend in properly. I also noticed that they have placed the badges on my door improperly and they managed to scratch my window tint in three large areas (I'm not surprised given how the window was just thrown in the back seat). I also found a large scratch on the hood and some on the side of the bed that definately weren't there when I dropped the truck off. This was the last straw for me and I called my insurance company and told them about all of this and that it needs to be taken elsewhere so I will be taking it to a different shop on Monday. All in all beaufort auto collision is the worst body shop I've ever seen and they take zero pride In Their work. Please, if you want your car fixed right, do not take it to beaufort auto collision. On a good note the lady at the front desk is wonderful and she was a pleasure to work with but the manager was a condescending jerk that got an attitude every time I pointed out something that THEIR shop screwed up. It's unfortunate that you can't give a zero star review!

Mathew completed my project to my satisfaction, on time and on budget as promised. He and his wife even offered to go pick up parts I had ordered ahead of my arrival in a nearby town they would be near the night before, to save me time. I accepted that offer and trusted a man I did not know. Matthew did not let me down, has he had my parts at his shop the next morning and was ready to get the job done, with a good attitude, despite blistering heat. I have been here for a few oil changes and when my engine light came on - the Nissan place gave this long long list of things that need to be fixed. The cost was over $2,000 when they were done. So I took it to these guys - they did a diagnostic and most of the stuff Nissan said needs to be fixed did not - and they engine light was an emissions thing- they fixed the hole for $120 dollars where as Nissan said I'd need a totally replacement for $1000 plus all this other stuff -- if you want honest, reliable, knowledgeable-come here.
