Great vibe on the patio and inside the cafe even if it's mostly parking lot views. My cold brew was amazing! I rarely find coffee that is neither acidic nor bitter, but still very flavorful. I ordered the 3 Seed Avocado Toast. It was good but I could taste the preservative on the avocado. I could be wrong- but the taste is very similar to premade guacamole. First time here, close by, enjoyed it. I ordered "the best drink ever'" half caf iced with vanilla cold foam 1/4 sweet I don't like overly sweet and it was just right. I ordered for pick up also had the turkey pesto sandwich. Both items were good, I'm excited to try the rest of the menu. My order was waiting for me in the pick up area, I wish I asked for a bag cause I had my hands full with the sandwich container trying not to let it fall going to my apartment up stairs etc. Sandwich seemed fresh, could of been a little more toasted but they do have an option to order heavy or lightly toasted, next time I'll check heavy toasted because this one was light I assume that's the way they generally do it looking at other reviews. It was busy but the wait was not long at all. I decided to get the Best Drink Ever (Iced). It was not bad but the coffee flavor seemed a little watered down to me. I prefer a stronger coffee taste. My husband ordered his drink with an extra shot and that seemed to be more the sweet spot in terms of what I like personally. I did get some of the ground coffee to try at home so I'm excited to give that a try. We ordered 3 drinks, waited 30 minutes and only received one of them and had to leave after waiting so long because we had somewhere to be on time. 30 minutes for coffee is outrageous regardless of how busy the time of day is. When I go to Starbucks at a busy time of day, I still get my coffee within 10 minutes of ordering. There were about 15 people waiting around inside for their drinks and one drink came out every 5 minutes, if that. So I've tried Better Buzz on three separate occasions and it took me a while to figure out where I stood with this place. My first experience in February was as close to perfect as you could get. I tried the blueberry pancake cold brew which was absolutely delicious. It was refreshing, fruity and just the right amount of sweet. It was by far my favorite but I was sad when I found out it was seasonal item. The next time I came I wanted to try what they are known for and was recommended The Best Drink Ever. However, it didn't really live up to the hype for me. It's a simple drink so I don't know what I expected to blow me away but overall it was just okay. I also tried their avocado toast and it was nice but nothing that I found myself craving again. On my last attempt I tried their Iced Horchata Latte and again I was left with a drink that was good but not great. I will say every time I've come their customer service has always been excellent. They're friendly, welcoming and are always quick to answer any questions that I have. I've only been to the drive thru but it does look like they have a decent amount of seating inside with merch and coffee beans for purchase. My go to is the OG Acai Bowl without honey because my baby loves it too but he's under 1 and can't have honey yet. It comes with bananas, blueberries and strawberries which are always sweet and fresh, topped with granola and honey. As far as coffee goes, the iced mocha with vanilla cream cold foam could solve world peace. This is a great coffee shop. I've been here a few times last year and I always leave very satisfied. Their food, baked goods, drinks and customer service is excellent. They serve my favorite double chocolate muffins (chocolate jumbo muffin) always warmed up to perfection. The horchata coffee is my go to, I would rate it 8.5/10. Overall, I could've had a better buzz. Better Buzz Coffee is a San Diego-based chain that is making inroads in Vegas, starting with this location on St. Rose Pkwy near Maryland Pkwy. I was in the plaza for lunch and figured that I had to stop in for coffee. I downloaded the app, signed up, and ordered via the app, so my purchase netted me a free future regular-sized drink. For day one, I picked a Nitro Cold Brew ($6.49, 16 oz no ice). It was definitely acid-free, but still a little more bitter than I was looking for from a cold brew. Ice may have been the way to go this time. I'm also not happy that the foam took up a lot of the space at the top at first but already had mostly dissipated by the time I picked up the drink. I came back a week later for a promotion and tried a Cucumber Mate Lemonade ($7.49 usual price for a large). I saw a "less sweet" option on the app and selected it out of habit, but I think I needed more sugar than I actually got to blend together the yerba mate, cucumber, and lemonade. It's an interesting combo of flavors, but it needed help to be palatable. Oh, and the mate was a bit more noticeable on the backend and as a less-than-truly-desirable lingering flavor. Finally stopping in to get the free future drink, I tried the Horchata Iced Latte (normally $6.49 regular size). It gave me just the right cinnamon character blended with coffee, and it wasn't too sweet. The less ice level seemed right too, and it wasn't underfilled. Better Buzz is a good-enough option if you want a variety of drinks, preferably lattes. I've been hearing that they'll open a shop closer to me, so I'll probably wait until then to continue exploring their menu. read more

Plenty of choices... from lattes to mochas... oh and the vittles were simplistic but tasty. The service was where I feel it fell flat. No greet, no smiles, and the counter was sticky. That really dampened the feeling I had initially walking through the door. The ambiance was chill, with the latest music being cranked through the speakers. I was very excited to see a familiar coffee chain open up here in NV! I stopped by with some friends after a workout and ordered an iced Best Drink Ever. Unfortunately, the drink was not what I remembered it being like when I previously had it in CA. It was extremely sweet and consisted mainly of milk and ice. I had heard some very good things about Better Buzz Coffee, so we decided to make a stop while in the area. Better Buzz is located in the rapidly growing West Henderson area on St. Rose. Food Like other coffee shops, there are a number of different types of coffees and other drinks. I went with the "Best Drink Ever", which is an Americano with homemade vanilla cream. It was very tasty. My wife ordered an iced mocha with vanilla cream cold foam, which was even better. We split an açaí bowl that was a little pricey, but good. 4/5 Service Due to popularity, they have multiple staff set up in the drive thru to take orders. That helps the like move very steadily. There are a lot of staff inside as well to take orders and make drinks. It was a five minute visit when it looked like it would be longer. 5/5 Ambiance They have done a good job with decor. There is a sign outside the building that you can see all over everyone's photos. It's got an inviting vibe on the inside and outside seating. 5/5 The amount of new coffee shops popping up around the valley is staggering. The only reason I'm not giving this a four or five star review is because of the service I've been having recently and others I know that go here almost every day. The place has great coffee for my opinion in taste and flavors. I myself come here at least four times a week, and still go even though of the mess-ups or long waits. The main thing that's changed for me and irritates my self and others I've heard by asking the crew is. - Asking us for our names that half the time are not correct on the ticket stickers attached to our coffees. Not only do they get it wrong , but also makes the process of ordering take longer and holds up the line for everybody. Going back to just taking our number for the reward process would automatically give them our name -that already exists in the system. That would take away a step in asking all those questions , gives them the right name on the ticket ,and maybe pulls up an existing order you've had with them before. Next one is probably the up selling on food first. - Up selling is a great! and totally understand it. My opinion is that they should leave it up to the customer to self order something instead of leading with it . This would take another step away of holding people up and just over all makes the process a lot faster. Everything on the menu looks great, and would order it all lol. I would just like to get what I came for and be on my way. The last one is to just listen careful to the order on how it is worded. - When wording the item I/they want to order, to not confuse it with something else you already have on the menu. - For example if I were to order a latte with whatever flavor/sugar free flavor I pick, I don't want something else you already have on the menu. Over all the place is great ! Drinks for the most part are consistent, but can be off when people are new. Ambiance is great for sitting down , in and outside, and food is great as well.
