Clean floors and clean testing stations, and generally very well stocked, but there is a real lack of diversity in the staff compared to other Sephora locations (at least working weekdays). This Sephora does indeed follow the standard operating procedure of customer servicing you to the point of annoyance - it's their main strategy of loss prevention. Unfortunately it does make it insufferable to just browse. Ulta really has them beat in that regard. After five minutes in Sephora I just want to leave. However the brands they carry remain fantastic, and it's easy to get in and out quickly since it's close to the main entrance, and when I do have questions the staff is very knowledgeable about their brands and also skincare advice.
