She was providing most of the services but the massage was with someone else. I enjoyed the massage. There was a lot of stretching which I wasn't use to but needed. They also use a machine to massage your muscles which was new to me as well. I am use to just someone's hands. I would definitely go to him for stretching because it was good. I also go a manicure and pedicure along with waxing. All were done in a professional manner. She was engaging the entire time. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back.

I've recently moved from Oregon was looking for someone who could replace my excellent technician back there. I had visited another salon in Ooltewah and received less than satisfactory service so was a little concerned. I checked Yelp and found Judy's with 4 1/2 stars. You know, with Yelp, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose, but this time I scored! Although quiet, Miriam was solid, consistent and gentle. I have slightly "difficult" feet, so feel blessed to now have a pedicure "home". I will be returning!

Clean floors and clean testing stations, and generally very well stocked, but there is a real lack of diversity in the staff compared to other Sephora locations (at least working weekdays). This Sephora does indeed follow the standard operating procedure of customer servicing you to the point of annoyance - it's their main strategy of loss prevention. Unfortunately it does make it insufferable to just browse. Ulta really has them beat in that regard. After five minutes in Sephora I just want to leave. However the brands they carry remain fantastic, and it's easy to get in and out quickly since it's close to the main entrance, and when I do have questions the staff is very knowledgeable about their brands and also skincare advice. Returns are easy, no hassle.
