I explained I do not have an account with them but wanted to cash my payroll check. He was hesitant to assist. He looked the check over and asked what I do there. I told him. He then got a phone call on his mobile phone and almost answered it and even asked his co worker to finish my transaction. She refused as she was assisting someone herself. He then said I can do it. He mentioned his mother being in a nursing home and I explained I understand and would be concerned too if they were calling me. He then asked who signed the check. Then proceeds to call my employer to ask her if he can cash the check. The entire process took way too long and was an insult. He tried to ask who I bank with... HA! The audacity!!! As if I'd consider banking there after his ways! The other staff were nice just as my previous visit. However I will NOT be going back. I have since opened an account elsewhere!
