Poor communication - inactive account notice not received and found out that they are "required to…read morecharge" a $10 per month fee on "inactive accounts. A little my fault on not knowing the "rules" but I don't feel that the banks do Due Diligence notifying customers that fees will be assessed to their accounts for various reasons. .05 percent interest (not 5 percent - 1/2 of a tenth of a percent) yet fees seem to be substantial. Will not do business here again.
