They have admitted "their policies were terrible" but have "improved" but I'm currently going back and forth with someone over email who has yet to give me their name saying there is nothing they can do. Stonewalling me. "They can't do anything". YOU ARE A BUSINESS. You have the ability to work with customers and provide a refund. But you choose not to. I'm not going away. Going to corporate. Stay away.
