If you hire them, I'd recommend you be around while they clean to make sure they do a good job. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there and I paid for it. Mirrors were left with toothpaste stains, cabinet knobs were sticky from previous owners still, showers still had hard water stains. When I sent pictures and asked for a partial refund or to come back, I was met with excuses and anger. By that time I did not feel comfortable to have them back in my home. Very disappointed. Don't let them trick you too. Distasteful comment by the owner below, however I am not surprised. I've posted pictures as proof of the poor job done by them. I will not allow someone who I paid a service for to blame me as the problem here. All of these pictures were sent to Jessica as well in October after the cleaning. I did not pay for a quick clean. We decided on grace sullivan cleaning because of the hand-written references she had shown us, (the handwriting looked similar in all). But we gave her service a shot. Well after we were given the supply list we were put on by what we thought we were getting. So this is how it went. We decided on 1:30pm on a wednesday. Well she didnt show up until 430 (when we called her no answer nor did she think to call) . We let her do her thing with 2 of her associates. When we arrived home at 5:45 her van was already gone. When we went inside heres a list of the negative,; living room floors were still dirty, bedrooms were only vaccumed, couches were a mess shoes were on the couch from where they had vaccumed, oven and microwave were not even touched, garbages were not replenished, crumbs left on countertops, refrigerator was a mess to say the least, things were very disorganized. The job was done extremely lazy and rushed. When I called grace the following day because i had been aggravated she was not listening to any complaint i had made, and had the nerve to say well your house is very dirty. Complaining it took 7 buckets to clean my kitchen floors. She was extremely rude and asked that i tidy up the house before her crew came the following week. Only time I have used a cleaning service. About an hour in she told me my house was filthy and wanted more money. I think it was $100 more. I paid since I just wanted it done and them out of my home. A year later, I was at the Wall Township Public Library and a woman started talking to me about decorating (she saw I was looking at decorating books). Somehow the discussion turned to cleaning services. She had the same exact experience with Grace asking for more money. She's a scam artist. AVOID THIS SERVICE.
