If you hire them, I'd recommend you be around while they clean to make sure they do a good job. Unfortunately I wasn't able to be there and I paid for it. Mirrors were left with toothpaste stains, cabinet knobs were sticky from previous owners still, showers still had hard water stains. When I sent pictures and asked for a partial refund or to come back, I was met with excuses and anger. By that time I did not feel comfortable to have them back in my home. Very disappointed. Don't let them trick you too. Distasteful comment by the owner below, however I am not surprised. I've posted pictures as proof of the poor job done by them. I will not allow someone who I paid a service for to blame me as the problem here. All of these pictures were sent to Jessica as well in October after the cleaning. I did not pay for a quick clean. During the cleaning, the crew broke my television and a utensil crock, yet the owner refused to take any responsibility for the damage. On top of that, the quality of the cleaning itself was careless and unprofessional. Wall pictures were left crooked, the attic light was left on, and the liner from my bath mat was thrown away without asking. The most alarming and unacceptable issue was that the crew left my front door wide open when they left the house. It remained open for hours until my daughter came home from work and discovered it. This is an extremely serious safety issue that never should have happened. When I contacted the owner to discuss these problems, instead of showing concern or attempting to resolve the situation, they were condescending and dismissive. There was no accountability for the broken items, the careless work, or the security risk created by leaving my home open. I had reached out for help during a very vulnerable time -- after multiple deaths in the family, losing our senior dogs, recovering from a chronic illness, and managing renovations on a second home while my primary home had been neglected. I trusted this company to help bring some relief during an already overwhelming period. Instead, the experience added more stress and frustration. I've had to send photos immediately after cleanings were finished asking why certain areas still look untouched and today was my last straw when my doorbell cover mysteriously broke during a cleaning and was swept into a corner of my house behind a door that the team swears must've happened while they were not here, even though that is impossible. I understand mistakes happen, but this feels like a blatant issue that was intentionally hidden. My point of contact was very rude when I asked about what happened, I also didn't love how it seemed to be different employees coming each cleaning rather than a standard set of employees. If you are looking for a one time deep clean, they may be worth it, but I definitely do not recommend for ongoing cleanings.
