Between travel to the venue and the evening of dining and party, the dress was pretty badly stained in a few places along the skirt and all around the hem. After the party, the dress went back in its bag and in the move out it was forgotten until last week. Talk about set in stains! She took it to Executive Cleaners. They were concerned about how successful they could be in removing the stains without damaging the dress but agreed to try. She brought it home a few minutes ago and it is BEAUTIFUL! The stains are completely gone and the color of the dress (a deep sapphire blue) is just as lovely as before. Add to that a very reasonable price. Thank you so much, Executive Cleaners!

When I picked up some work shirts on a Wednesday and asked about 20% off she said it was just dry cleaning and these shirts were considered laundry. I asked what is considered dry cleaning and she said silk. Another reason the rating is low is that I took a dress here to be hemmed and she said it would be $55. I've had dresses hemmed before and know that is outrageous especially since it was a one piece polyester dress. I took it to another cleaners down the road for $28. Not coming back here anymore!

My wife took in a pair of pants for alterations, and was charged $20 and told to come back at a specific date and time. When she went back, the lady gave her the clothing back, and there was a $5 bill taped to the hanger. She handed it to my wife, and said that the job was easier than she thought (It was a special material, and she thought it might be hard to work with).
