Appointment was made with online chat agent and specific tires that were recommended were "ordered " by agent. Showed up at appointment time to find that appointment was not seen in the "new system". Did not have time to do the car at that point. Lodged complaint with Dunn. Found a spot for the next morning. Wone up to be there at 7:30am to find that the tires are not on site, after they took my tires off. Offered tires of less quality. No thank you. Took the car and left.

I was charged and discovered the tire hadn't never been changed. The nail was still in the tire! Took it back. The person I spoke to didn't seem surprised and didn't even ask to see it. They knew. Not only did they replace our wheel with an almost exact match on our 14 year old car, they straightened our bent rim so that we could try using it as a full-sized spare once we get home. They were friendly and helpful and we felt in very good hands. In about 1 hour, they found, mounted and balanced the new wheel, straightened the old rim and sent us on our way. So straightforward and honest - they were looking at every option to keep the price down and get us the best value. These guys know their stuff and I would highly recommend them!!

I am always able to get an appointment quickly, I receive updates on the status and if there are additional fees for extra work within a timely manner. Every guest is always greeted quickly when they walk in the door. I am a woman who doesn't know a ton about cars. There are many times I ask for a breakdown or explanation about suggested services or work being suggested. The employees here always are very patient and happy to explain everything in detail. I am never treated like I am stupid or I should know this. If I decline the work I am never treated poorly and there are never passive aggressive comments made. The staff here should be commended on doing a great job on the vehicles and also for outstanding customer service. I definitely recommend to others in the future.

Turn around. The next day informed the part was defective. I could come get my car for a full refund. Came back for a 3rd time, signed the paperwork. After much back & forth am told I would have to came back into the shop to sign something else to get my money back. WHY WOULD I NEED TO SIGN ANYTHING ELSE? Finally get a call from the "regional manager" who says if I am *unwilling* to go back to the shop, then all he can do is mail a check. LIKE ANY OF THIS WAS MY FAULT! He worked with us to get a used tire on the rim, balanced, and ready to go. He got the tire out of the car, and when it was done, he put a bag over it and placed it back in the car. Especially noteworthy was the initiative that he exercised in giving us the tire for free, only asking that we come back and purchase tires from them in the future. I appreciated the kindness and I will be back to purchase tires in the near future. As I said, wonderful initiative to build customer relationships without depending on manufacturer discounts. Great work from an honest shop…read more Dave's is a wonderful, friendly place where you know you won't get ripped off. The work I have done has always been excellent and if there is a cheaper way to do something, they will suggest it. When I was in there today, they were even working on some really fancy classic cars...you have to know they do great work for someone to trust those babies to them.
