Stopped in for some croissants and they surely delivered! I had to try a sweet and savory for the ultimate experience. I did a berries (strawberry) and cream and a ham and cheese which i microwaved at home. Both very tasty! I also got a lemon square which i did enjoy but i like my squares a little more tart. If you like more sweet you will love it! Bakery itself is small but cute with lots of options! Cakes look beautiful. The girl working was super sweet and even let me have some whole milk from the back for my coffee i purchased. You must try some of these sweets if you're in Cockeysville. read more

I ordered the spinach feta croissant, the lemon danish, a pistachio macaroon, and a cake pop. I have to say that, especially for a small business, I found the range of variety impressive. However, I can't say the same for the taste. The macaroon was too sweet; same can be said for the danish; the feta x spinach croissant was bready, and didn't rise properly either. First time trying. Wanted donuts and this bakery popped up. Didn't get donuts but I am not complaining. This place was worth it. I was greeted when I walked in. I got an almond croissant, cinnamon sugar turnover, cloud cookie (reeces pb), and some macrons. The cloud cookie was wonderful. It was so fluffy and airy. The croissant was delish. My friend ordered custom cupcakes from this bakery for my baby shower, and they turned out absolutely perfect! I haven't had a chance to visit in person yet, but after seeing (and tasting) these cupcakes, I definitely want to make a trip soon. Not only were they beautiful, but they were also so delicious. The frosting was rich and flavorful without being too heavy, and it paired perfectly with the cupcake itself, which wasn't overly sweet. The balance made every bite just right. Oh. my. god. this is my favorite bakery to go to after school. first off, i am so proud of how far they have come. before, it was just a little one-case bakery (still delicious! ) and now, they have like three cases, drinks, coffees, and t shirts!!!! every time i go in there, the people who work there are so nice and are always so quick in getting my macarons and cookies. if you are ever looking for a place with great food, aesthetic decoration, great vibes, and great prices, this is the place to go to. read more

So we are from Arizona, our family from here takes us to a wonderful dinner and decide to stop by Bethany's for some sweets to finish off the evening ... as we arrive the shop has just closed and the young lady was locking the door.... we expressed our disappointment that we had missed the closing time and she unlocked the door and let us in to select as may desserts as we wanted! I always like to support independent stores like this one. I was looking for a few cookies and this was just the place. I got 3 a snickerdoodle, peanut butter and a birthday cake ( my favorites) The texture was perfect, not hard but not too soft. I love soft cookies but these were had a crispness as well. The flavors were rich but not overly sweet. The size was just a nice edible size, not miniature or a gigantic cookie that I would feel guilty eating. I ate all 3 of these in one setting. I came here today with some high expectations from all the great reviews. I unfortunately only found average cupcakes. I ordered a vanilla with chocolate icing and a peanut butter chocolate cupcake. Both looked good but the icing was hard to the touch so I immediately knew that the icing wasn't my style. The cupcakes themselves were dense and on the dry side. Overall the shop was really cute, and Bethany was very nice but the cupcakes aren't something I would go out of my way for. read more
