The communication is outstanding, and with having someone in the memory unit, it is very important we are able to stay connected with our Dad in whatever way possible. This is a horrible policy that I hope will be made illegal someday! Many states have laws banning this kind of restriction to transparency in the care of loved ones in 'care' facilities.
