I was adopted through their services and have called and emailed repeatedly over the course of a few months after requesting information. No one has responded, nor does anyone seem to be manning the phone in their office. I specifically asked about one employee who appeared to still be a member of their team as of last week, but that list has since been updated to remove her. It's mighty coincidental that I reached out, specifically noting who I talked to just to see her removed from the list today with no email or callback from their office (even after leaving a message). It should be illegal to ask adoptees to send information out for potentially life-changing results and then not respond to them AT ALL. We're already in the dark on a lot of things as it is, and for an agency that at least once handled adoptions (not sure if you do now), you'd think there'd be some people remaining who had empathy for that. read more
