Patient should know what to expect at an appointment and who they are seeing. And, most importantly, CLEARLY COMMUNICATE with patient as to what are next steps during the appointment. Don't take a patient (a cancer patient, no less) and sit them in the Treatment Room with no explanation as this causes unnecessary stress to the patient - is the patient to expect a treatment or therapy that the doctor didn't discuss with them previously? am I in the wrong place? what type of treatment are they giving me? ONLY TO FIND THAT THEY HAD AN APPT WITH THE NURSE, UNBEKNOWNST TO THEM, AND WERE SIMPLY SAT IN THE "TREATMENT ROOM" to wait for a nurse to read them their lab results. Additionally, the staff is terrible at submitting prescription dosing instructions - thankfully, the CVS pharmacists are incredibly wonderful and called the office 3x trying to sort out and clarify the instructions. Do better and be more professional. And, note, to all local doctors and staff - ALWAYS INTRODUCE YOURSELF - "I'm Nurse/Doctor/Medical Assistant xxxxxx" so that way we know who you are and how you will be assisting us during our appointment. This is not only a simple courtesy but a professional practice that should be used.

I was really apprehensive to start all over again with a new Dr. but I have had amazing experiences so far at UPG! Everyone I have encountered has been so incredibly nice and Dr Stanley is absolutely amazing! He is so sincere and absolutely wants to help. I was also able to get a procedure scheduled within 3 weeks of my first visit. Thank you so much to all of the staff at UPG!

I have been dealing with Pain Management for well over 25 years, and since moving to Myrtle Beach,…read moreI have been looking for someone to be able to manage my pain medication's as well as helped me with epidural/injections. Dr. Charles Stanley is the one whom I see monthly in order to refill my oxycodone. He has an amazing bedside manner, is very kind and truly makes his patience, feel that they are in a safe and wonderful environment. Also, they know that Dr. Stanley honestly cares about his patients. Dr. Snodderly's team is physical intervention side of the practice. She performs occipital nerve blocks, epidurals, nerve blocks/ablations among other tools of her trade. Just today, I had an ablation on my back. With Dr. Snodderly. She is without a doubt, the most caring and, in my opinion, the most gentle physician to ever put a needle in my back. Also, even multiples at a time!! she and her staff makes you feel so comfortable. The way that she has her bedside manner and banter makes you feel like you're one of the family and you are important!! She truly cares about your results and is expertly trained so that the lidocaine doesn't even burn because she adds an ingredient so it will not burn!! During my ablation on my left side, I literally hardly felt any pain at all!! I felt at ease. If you were looking for a Pain Management group, this is it!!! I recommend this group with my life, and I do not plan on going anywhere else... Well, I am 55 this year and I am truly hoping that they stay here for at least 25+ years!! I am certain that the new doctor would be vetted beyond compare so that they can continue the amazing work that this physicians group maintains. Thank you, Dr. Snodderly and thank you Dr. Stanley!! I'm looking forward to seeing you again soon!! God bless you and your practice and all of your patients. I highly recommend that you see this practice and both doctors mentioned. I am beyond thrilled with my care at United Physicians Pain management Group.

Worst Podiatry office ever! I couldn't believe how poor of a…read morejob this "Doctor" Dr William Parker did for me. I work long days on my feet and it took a month to book an appointment . I called several times to find a cancellation, but the nurses or secretaries won't keep track and try to get you in sooner. My appointment day finally comes. The nurses hear my complaints and say the doctor will probably xray and see me soon. No X-rays, just a couple of pokes and prods on my feet before he recommended his generic orthotic inserts. Try them for 2 weeks before my follow up appointment. I requested custom orthotics, but he denied my request. Immediately I realized it wasn't enough. I called the office the following business day only to be told I had to wait my 2 weeks for the next appointment. This office failed me. The doctor did the absolute minimum dial it in job. The receptionists have a middle school level of communication, every other word dictated to my voicemail was "um". If I could give negative stars for wasting my time, keeping me in pain and selling me costly inserts that don't help I would do so. Don't waste your time with Dr William Parker, he doesn't care about you and his practice is a joke. Good day Coastal Podiatry. OrthoSC got me an appointment within 3 days, immediately X Rayed, addressed the problem with the appropriate orthotics, gave me exercises to help me strengthen and stretch my feet.
