The guy installing them did not pay attention that they were directional and mounted them backwards. I mentioned it to the lady that was directing customers and she put me back to the end of the waiting list. I was SOOOOOO PISSED I couldn't see straight. I reached out to a few different mechanics looking for quotes on some work I was needing done on my 2004 Mini Cooper, a car, I learned, not many mechanics are willing to work on. Those that do work on them know they are among a select few that can and they exploit that fact by charging you an arm and a leg. I was pleased with the very fair estimate that I received from Remington tires and made the trip out to see them. While going over my car I was called and informed that the work I asked them to do was not required, instead I needed a separate part. I asked them if they could still take care of it and they did. They were even able to keep the cost (aside from the higher price of a caliper vs rotor) the same as they quoted me. On top of that, they informed me of another, potentially dangerous, issue I have with the car that needs attention. They were generally concerned for my safety, so much so, they even offered me a ride back to the city if I wanted to leave it with them. Needless to say at this point, I will absolutely be returning to Remington Tires for any and all of my auto needs. You should definitely bring them your business, you won't regret it!

Overcharged us for the part by over $1,000 dollars and then afterwards I call to find out that there's now lights on my dashboard when there was NONE to begin with. The Jeep dealership wouldn't help them program my car due to the part being put on wrong as well as them having some of the new parts in the front seat. Those parts should've been on there but they were trying to cut corners, did not work out at all. After all this I asked for my car back with my old parts cause I didn't trust them to do anything with my car. But they said no. My car has been gone for about 2 weeks and counting. We now have hired a lawyer to sue them for negligence. Do your research and take your car somewhere else unless you like to pay for them to destroy your car.
