Preferably one or two dentists. * Place that could see our whole family Place that is good with people with anxiety as I have extreme anxiety and PTSD Now because I have anxiety my Husband went first and 'checked' it out. He was pleased and said it would be a good fit for us. So I got an appt. Then we decided to make an appt for my son and he got in faster then my appt as I assume there was a cancellation and we got lucky making the appt. My son went in and liked it a lot and the hygienist (I think Alex?) was great and so was the dentist. My appt was today and it was a breeze and everyone was very nice and I was happy with everything. If you struggle with anxiety you should go here. They didn't make me feel bad about anything. And thankfully all 3 of us are cavity free.

Instead, another individual came to the front desk, sat down at a workstation that was already logged in, and began looking through the computer before telling me that I could not be seen and offering to reschedule me for the next day. When I politely asked to speak with Dr. Morrison, I observed the individual's tone and body language change. I felt she became rude and dismissive, repeatedly telling me that Dr. Morrison was busy and had other patients, even after I calmly explained that I was willing to wait. I also felt that she was trying to prevent me from speaking with either Dr. Morrison or the dental assistant who had personally scheduled and confirmed my appointment just two days earlier. After I was finally brought to the back by a hygienist, both Dr. Morrison and the dental assistant told me they had been completely unaware of what had occurred at the front desk. They were unaware that I had repeatedly requested to speak with them or that there had been a scheduling issue. I believe the situation could have been resolved much sooner had they simply been informed that I was asking to speak with them. While I have complete confidence in Dr. Morrison and greatly appreciate the care provided by her clinical team, I left disappointed by my front desk experience and concerned about how the situation was handled. They had not seen the dentist for any work. I went in because my tooth was killing me. I could not tell which tooth was hurting me because I was in so much pain. They did $345 of X-rays and the dentist looked in my mouth, NEVER TOUCHED ANY OF MY TEETH TO FIGURE OUT WHICH TOOTH IT WAS, she looked only at the X-ray and said it's two of my teeth. Sent me to an oral surgeon to have them removed. Well, they were not the teeth hurting me but now I don't have two teeth. She then would not send a referral over for the actual tooth that was killing me. I went to a new dentist and they said yeah that tooth has to be removed that it can't be saved. So now three teeth gone instead of one. I should have had the choice to remove the two teeth that were not hurting me. The oral surgeon is a whole other story. I told him no one had touched my tooth and before I spent $1000 to have them remove is he sure those are the ones hurting me. Well, as we know he made a mistake too. Total failure on them. A dentist and an oral surgeon should actually touch your teeth before removing them and do a cold test or tap test or something. I don't understand how none of this was done. I was in so much pain I was relying on a dentist knowing what they were doing.

The best part Dr Martin's dog is always in the hall way to greet you rather coming or going!! They always treat me with delicate care by asking how is this or are you okay, while doing the procedure. During that process, I was also working on sleep apnea and failing CPAP. Apparently double-jaw surgery is a highly regarded although intense surgical option for sleep apnea if you're a candidate. Ended up pivoting that way and changed Invisalign to braces and Dr. Walton helped me find some great surgeons. It was a long process but I'm so grateful!! I'm 10+ weeks post-op and it's been incredible. Still have several months of braces but hopefully will be down with them this year!

I recently went back for a cleaning and found I had to have deep cleaning under a local for my entire mouth well needless to say I literally had an anxiety attack in the chair and started crying (I know I know what a baby right) Dr. Franklin and Rhonda the dental tech comforted me, walked me through the process and scheduled additional appointments to help ease my anxiety in order to have the cleanings completed. Let me just say I've never been treated with kid gloves in such a way. Their overall compassion and willingness to cooperate with my nervousness and anxiety was exceptional. It's only one of the most widely used insurances for dental care. They said delta dental didn't understand raising cost. The cost to go to the dentist is already very exuberant and we rely on our insurance to help cover these cost. Sound like signature dental is greedy and they don't care about their patients. I have been with them for 12 years and now I need to find a new dentist
