I wanted to tell you about terrible customer service I have received from this company. I paced order on 09.02 and two weeks later no delivery. First date of delivery online said 12.02 but it got sent back to post and to company. Then I was assured it would be sent back again. Online said date of delivery is 17.02 but that date passed so I call and you tell me it will arrive 22.02 but now that has passed and still no delivery. They will always tell me a different date of delivery but it's a lie! Customer service is slow to respond back to me and I am disappointed in these results. I will never order form this company and make sure everyone know my experience so they don't go through this trouble. read more

When it came to checking out, it was €3.49. I asked why it was more expensive and the lady said "this is what the system rang up". I pointed at the giant sign which said €1.99, but she insisted the price is right. Okay, fine. It's just a tiny difference. Plus, there was a long line of people waiting to check out so I paid. Here's where the one star actually comes from. She didn't print out a receipt for me, just started chatting with the next customer in line. I asked for the receipt again, but got ignored. I asked again, louder, but still got ignored. Again, there was a lot of people so I decided to just come back for the receipt after everyone else checked out. Now there's no one in line, but she ignores me AGAIN. Lady, I just want a receipt... I'm not asking you for a refund. I'm just asking for something that IMO should have been given to me without even having to ask for it. Then another guy, who looked like the manager, came over and only then was I no longer ignored. Turns out she didn't know how to print out the receipt after the fact, so the guy had to help her. He also explained that there was a dish for €1.99, but it was sold out so they gave me the more expensive dish (without me knowing). To be honest, when I had sat down to eat, I already had a suspicion that was the case, but I do appreciate the guy for taking the 2 seconds needed to explain that. I get that if I'm yelling, if I'm cursing, if I'm insulting, then by all means ignore me. But if all I'm saying is, "please give me the receipt", then I shouldn't be ignored... Rude much? Sigh. P.S. When the other guy was helping me, another customer went up to the lady saying she got rung up twice for something... So... Yeah...

I was looking for a few items but quickly gave up since the better quality names were out of stock and I couldn't even continue searching the store because I was sweating. It was stuffy and humid inside and it wasn't that warm out. I recommend they invest in a fan or something because I'm sure warmer days are ahead. I did appreciate that they remained open on a holiday. I admire that. Especially when they are so close to camping areas.

We walked into Woon Express, we met SYLVIA, she is the best, she spent time with us, understanding our needs, we showed her pictures of the apartment, and SYLVIA took her time and help us find quality Bedding, Towels, Pillows, and more. We walked out with everything we needed to set-up my son's new apartment, it is was great, we did it all in one trip, SYLVIA was wonderful, the best. The selection at Woon Express is excellent, better quality than most other stores, for you fellow Americans, "think Bed Bath and Beyond". There were so many pros about this shop. They actually walk the talk. They just don't provide a quality showroom but provide quality merchandise once you pay. Everything is about quality in here. They are service oriented, provide quality furniture and are professional on ever level. I have been doing some extensive research on furniture and out all the furniture shops I came cross I believe they rank the highest. I also was pleased to see their reviews did not scare me off, which also speaks volume. What I also thought was a major plus is the shopping center has multiple furniture shops to browse through.
