It has everything you need regarding furniture, kitchen and bathroom items. I can't speak for the service for every shop but we definitely had a positive experience in the the furniture shop called Room 108. I was also pleased to see how much they upgraded the shops. The inventory improved significantly. The only con it's not an ideal place to dine for lunch or dinner. They have a few small sandwiches places but that's about it.

We walked out with everything we needed to set-up my son's new apartment, it is was great, we did it all in one trip, SYLVIA was wonderful, the best. The selection at Woon Express is excellent, better quality than most other stores, for you fellow Americans, "think Bed Bath and Beyond". We just came there to browse, and I loved looking around all the different styles. It reminded me a little of the "Homedeco Center" in Vianen. We bought a cute set of baskets there which we really love. Hope they will stay in good shape! I thought the shop was a breeze in comparison to all the big brands. Would certainly return, this is my kind of shop!

The worst customer service I've come across in a long time. I'd give no stars if I could. I…read morepurchased a bed from here on January 6th. I was told to expect delivery in Week 10 of this year. Without any notification from Piet Klerkx (I tracked the order online myself), my order got pushed back to Week 11. I reached out to them for an explanation of the issue and to see if Week 11 was guaranteed. I was told they'd be reaching out to the supplier to confirm delivery but of course no one got back to me. I checked again this week and my order has been pushed back to Week 14!! Again with no notification or consideration that people like me are moving into completely unfurnished homes and need to be able to plan accordingly. What made it worse was that my friend also purchased the SAME BED, on the SAME DAY with me and his bed is being delivered next week! When I wrote to Piet Klerkx on this directly, this was their response: We are sorry to hear that you have not heard from us, we expect your bed about week 14 With kind regards, Angelique Klerkx Customerservice Piet Klerkx I called in today and was told that my bed was NOT EVEN IN PRODUCTION YET which as may well be a spit in the face. They obviously couldn't care less about their customers or their experience. I would not do business with PK again or recommend anyone to do so either. For the money you'll spend and the additional headache that comes with their "service", go with another company.
