    Wat een enorme teleurstelling is dit geweest…read more Wij hebben voor ongeveer €15.000 een keuken gekocht bij IKEA. Je verwacht dan toch dat levering en installatie professioneel geregeld zijn. Helaas begon de ellende eigenlijk al vóór de levering. Verkeerd advies bij het bestellen, onderdelen die niet waren toegevoegd, dingen die later weer omgewisseld moesten worden. Oké, kan gebeuren -- dacht ik nog. Maar toen kwam de levering. Op de dag van levering hadden we vrij genomen. Bleek er geen lift geregeld te zijn (terwijl dat wél was afgesproken). De keuken kon niet naar boven. Ondertussen stonden onderdelen in het systeem als "geleverd" terwijl ze er helemaal niet waren. Daarna begon het eindeloze bellen en mailen. De installatie die 1 à 2 dagen zou duren, heeft uiteindelijk bijna vier maanden gesleept. Elke keer kwam de monteur en ontbrak er weer iets. We moesten zélf continu schakelen tussen IKEA en de montagepartner. Alsof wij projectmanager waren van onze eigen keuken. Wat mij nog het meest frustreert is de klantenservice. Er werd vaak gezegd: "We komen hierop terug", "Dit wordt opgepakt". Maar je moest overal zelf achteraan. En uiteindelijk werd het dossier gewoon gesloten, terwijl er helemaal geen oplossing was. Na al die maanden gedoe heb ik voorgesteld om het voor €500 af te ronden. Op een project van €15.000 lijkt me dat meer dan redelijk. Zelfs dat werd afgewezen en verdere communicatie werd stopgezet.

Based on own research on chatgpt, an error E1 normally is linked to water supply. Can't be the installation, cos the 1st month it worked just fine. Called Ikea to see what we can do, they said a technician can look at it, but of course it is a 3rd party, CE Repair Services. So far, disappointed company to work with. The earliest appointment was in 3 weeks after I 1st contacted them. The day arrived when the technician should come by, and in the morning of that same day, they cancelled my appointment. So I have to do a new one, this time in 2 and a half weeks. The overall experience with Ikea is quite poor. It is your device that's broken, you should be doing all the administration to get it fixed. Avoid Ikea, and if you can't, avoid this dishwasher.

Since they…read morefeature different brands and styles, it might be a little harsh to judge all their products the same way. We just came there to browse, and I loved looking around all the different styles. It reminded me a little of the "Homedeco Center" in Vianen. We bought a cute set of baskets there which we really love. Hope they will stay in good shape! I thought the shop was a breeze in comparison to all the big brands. Would certainly return, this is my kind of shop!

I returned them. I was told I could have my money back. Then heard nothing from the service department for three weeks. Tried calling. They never answered the phone. Finally I had to buy new chairs from no where else (we were eating on the floor!). They finally email me 3.5 weeks later saying they have new chairs for me. Same cheap crappy chairs. Now they are refusing to give me my money back. They are terrible company. Liars. Rude. Takes them days to return emails. Never call you back. Stay away. Terrible Terrible experience. Dit is een verschrikkelijk bedrijf. ze verkopen producten die goedkoop worden gemaakt en zeer duur. Ik kocht vier stoelen hier voor een 100 euro per stuk. Alle vier brak binnen vier maanden. Ik keerde ze. Ik kreeg te horen dat ik kon mijn geld terug hebben. Toen hoorde niets van de service afdeling voor drie weken. Geprobeerd te bellen. Ze hebben nooit de telefoon beantwoordde. Tenslotte moest ik nieuwe stoelen te kopen van nergens anders (we zaten te eten op de grond!). Ze eindelijk email me 3,5 weken later zeggen dat ze hebben nieuwe stoelen voor mij. Zelfde goedkope crappy stoelen. Nu weigeren ze me mijn geld terug te geven. Ze zijn verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Liars. Rude. Neemt hen dagen e-mails terug te keren. Bel je nooit meer terug. Blijf uit de buurt. Vreselijk Vreselijk ervaring.

    The worst customer service I've come across in a long time. I'd give no stars if I could. I…read morepurchased a bed from here on January 6th. I was told to expect delivery in Week 10 of this year. Without any notification from Piet Klerkx (I tracked the order online myself), my order got pushed back to Week 11. I reached out to them for an explanation of the issue and to see if Week 11 was guaranteed. I was told they'd be reaching out to the supplier to confirm delivery but of course no one got back to me. I checked again this week and my order has been pushed back to Week 14!! Again with no notification or consideration that people like me are moving into completely unfurnished homes and need to be able to plan accordingly. What made it worse was that my friend also purchased the SAME BED, on the SAME DAY with me and his bed is being delivered next week! When I wrote to Piet Klerkx on this directly, this was their response: We are sorry to hear that you have not heard from us, we expect your bed about week 14 With kind regards, Angelique Klerkx Customerservice Piet Klerkx I called in today and was told that my bed was NOT EVEN IN PRODUCTION YET which as may well be a spit in the face. They obviously couldn't care less about their customers or their experience. I would not do business with PK again or recommend anyone to do so either. For the money you'll spend and the additional headache that comes with their "service", go with another company.
