    Sports bar and table games.

Clean, relaxed environment to play poker related card games. Area for sports betting and a sports bar to get done good and drinks. I got a wine for $5 while waiting for my husband to play. In 30 minutes he was up $160 and then back to even. We cashed out and left. It's gambling so be careful. The ATM fee was $3.25 on $300 withdrawl...not bad.

The best suggestion we were given is to start on the 3rd floor an make our way down. The staff on hand were friendly and readily available to answer any of your questions. You can make a reservation for lunch at the Cafe, which is located on the lower level of what was once a pool.

This is a family owned and operated museum and there were members of the family working this evening. They are there to answer any questions and to help you have an enjoyable visit. This is a lovely Gilded Age museum filled with beautiful visions in antiques of the time. Superbly maintained, full of knowledge... just waiting for you to absorb! I will not go into a detailed review of this museum, but instead, will leave you with a collage of fantastic photos for your enjoyment. The pictures speak volumes. There is too much information to put in a single review. Instead, go online and purchase a ticket for the beautiful Christmas tree lighting ceremony each Christmas season! There is a video of the tree lighting itself included. It is a beautiful humbling experience that is perfect for the holiday season located in the gorgeous Christmas town of Saint Augustine beach downtown historic district. And I wasn't wrong! The tour lasted about 90 minutes (and it leaves promptly FYI) and takes you along the shoreline of Amelia Island - past the shrimping boats and past a Civil War era fort - before heading towards Cumberland Island National Seashore. This is where the true fun of the tour was for me. I had no idea really the history of the island and found it fascinating how the Carnegies and Rockefellers and more of the country's elite used this random Georgia seashore as their private escape. The history of both Cumberland and Amelia Islands is incredibly fascinating and the guides for both the Florida and Georgia sides respectively were well informed and personable. Plus - you'll very likely see a ton of great wildlife throughout including dolphins and wild horses and pigs. It's a great way to spend an afternoon in the area and a fabulous introduction to Cumberland Island National Seashore/Park.

To start I was given a "welcome bag" that included a mini bottled water and a bag of goldfish. How welcoming. Paid for a lake view room that was partially visible through windows that look like they've never been washed. The luke warm shower will give your feet a bath while you're showering as it fills up with all the dirty water from not only washing your body off but also whatever was on the bottom of the tub. There's no vent/ fan in the bathroom. Good luck trying to straighten your hair after showering. There's no other mirror besides the one in the bathroom above the sink. The tv screen was blue. You can hear EVERYTHING through the 2 inch hole under the door. The bed is not forgiving. However, I will say the outside is beautiful.

After leaving I see a $760 charge on my account AND missing 70,000 points! IHG customer service says it was points (which it was), the General Manager Christina Threadgill Gooden said it was made with money. I provided picture proof of the points missing from my account and the confirmation email confirming points as payment. She did not care. Refuses to refund me my money. I have had to file a dispute with my CC company which oddly enough the IHG customer service rep recommended. The upgraded "suite" we stayed in was a horror from the start. I'll attach photos for proof. We used a confirm able upgraded to get the upgraded room which was one of the worst suites we've ever been in room 319. Whoever painted it got blue paint on the shower, the tile, the trim, inside the kitchen cabinets, the closet, the toilet plumbing. The cabinets were so filthy we didn't feel comfortable putting our food in it. The AC didn't work, I had to call the front desk because it was leaking all over the floor and I slipped in it after getting up the first morning. The second mini AC in the room leaked a HUGE puddle. The room would never get below 70 so we couldn't even sleep well, that's why we checked out an entire day early.  The tv remote wouldn't work so I called the front desk they sent up an older gentleman (he was very nice) but he took 20+ minutes and two trips to finally fix it. I didn't want to be rude, but he had the worse body odor. It took the room 30 minutes to air out after he left.  This was one of the worse experiences I have ever had at an IHG. I've stayed here in the past on business and it was a great location, but the newer GM Christina Threadgill Gooden has ran it into the ground as of late. PLEASE do not stay here until the GM is replaced.

A live band was playing, people were dancing, and there was this great mix of energy that made the whole experience feel effortless and genuine. We kept things simple with drinks. Susan ordered a Jameson Orange, and we went with a Blackberry Jack Daniel's. Both were smooth, refreshing, and perfect for winding down the night. What stood out most was the atmosphere. This is not a polished, trendy bar, it is a true local lounge with personality. The kind of place where people are there to enjoy themselves, not just be seen. Service was quick and friendly, pricing felt fair, and the overall vibe made it easy to stay longer than we planned. We did not try the food this time, but we will be back for it. Between live music, themed nights, and the energy we experienced, Arnold's made a strong impression. If you enjoy live music, dancing, and authentic local spots, this is a great place to check out.

They had a good sized dance floor unfortunately none of us could use it because there was a gentleman there that apparently is a regular, taking up the entire dance floor with his antics and reeked to high heaven. This man's body odor was so bad we had to move tables away from the band. This was my first experience at Arnold's and although I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the waitress, the food and drinks, if this "Kramer" guy is a regular I can't imagine going back. * I don't see how to reply to the owner's response to my review, but the reason is because this is apparently an ongoing problem that management has yet to address. In addition to the smell he takes up the entire dance floor with his antics and jumps at people, which is very uncomfortable And speaking with other patrons at your establishment I am not the only one who feels this way. I gave the review based on my overall experience. As a business owner, I would think this is something you would like to be aware of.
