I asked for a refund for the 2-day stay since I had never checked in. The photographs on the booking site had to have been from when the hotel was first built decades ago. The hotel refused my refund and charged me $164 for 1 day. The manager was not on duty that day, so I reached out to her a few days later. She denied that the internet was not working (but later admitted to the call with the clerk) and said that I just didn't want to stay at the hotel. It was a horrible experience and I would never recommend. I traveled 10 miles to Cypress and checked into a much nicer and cleaner hotel.
