The breakfast was okay. They had a cool pancake maker and I didn't get pictures. The hot foods were not hot and I got to breakfast 30 minutes after it started. They had a great lounge/ dining area so you could spread out, eat and watch the television news without a lot of noise. The indoor pool was great, but not heated. They also offered a snack area to pay for things you don't want to go out for. Oh, by the way there was a Dunkin' Donuts with walking distance.

Staff was really friendly when checking in/out and at breakfast. The room was fairly newer. The chair/desk were broke in our room but that didn't bother us to much. There was a broken mirror molding in the closet that was broken from the bathroom. Kinda tacky that it was left in the room. There was a plug outlet that didn't hold any plugs(plugs fell out of the outlets) My family slept fairly well. A/C and hear both worked extremely well in the room. Breakfast was hot. Served from 6am-10am. Staff was friendly and helped assist guests and made sure everything was well stocked, even minutes before closing. Plenty of choices: waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, bagels, etc! The breakfast room could have been larger. Guests were eating in the pool area because there was not enough tables available. For the price you really can't go wrong. Location is perfect right off the freeway and across from premium outlets. Lots of restaurants in the area. My boyfriend and I plan to visit next summer and we will definitely keep this hotel in mind!

My kids took pictures of the note and posted on social media as they thought it was hilarious. Well, upon entering the pool, is was too cold, so we all went back to our room, only to be locked out because the key card wouldn't work. The key card seemed to not work ever, as every time we left the room and came back, we had to go to the front desk to have it re keyed. Not fun when you have to wait 10-15 minutes to get in your room every time you come back to it. Also found out they've had bed bugs here before...the front desk admitted this but reassured us that our room was not one of the rooms that was occupied by the pests.

It was around a 20min commute, so not super close but this was a good value and a clean hotel. Room was a little warm when we walked in, but the air conditioning worked well. Room was clean, mattress was comfortable. There were some spots on the curtains and couch that were deep stained, made it look a little dingy. Good water pressure in the shower. They offered community Dove brand bath products. They do have a nice breakfast spread in the morning in the lobby. Everything was well stocked, clean and smelled nice. We didn't eat so I can't say how it tastes. Everything in our room worked well, staff were friendly. Would return.

Marriott is our choice hotel and we have stayed everywhere on the east coast in them. Customer Service by the morning staff is outstanding along with Jessikah. But Jeni needs a new job. Customer service was abhorrent at best. As extremely loyal Marriottist's we have never been talked to that way. Toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. Don't feel safe here because all the doors are left unlocked. Landscaping is a jungle. Toilet has been sitting in the smoking area for 6 days. There are holes in the shade. The facility wasn't in great shape with construction debris everywhere. We were checked into a room where the AC had been off for days and after an hour of trying to cool the room down we called down and asked to be moved. We're in a heat wave this summer and it was miserable. They did move us to an adjacent room and we were grateful but overall just not a pleasant experience. Breakfast was free the next morning but heavily picked over by 8AM so we were left with muffins, juice and an oatmeal buffet. If you're looking for overnight accommodations in this area I would venture elsewhere until they complete construction. The area surrounding this location didn't feel particularly safe or like somewhere I'd feel confident leaving my vehicle overnight. * side note - the construction was not disclosed through Marriott's Bonvoy listing on their app.
