I did not even go there the next two mornings of my stay because of him. My last night there, my room was not even cleaned no clean towels or washcloths and the bed was not even made. I mentioned this to the front desk and they did not apologize and they said that they do not have anybody that works on the weekend. Then the kids come downstairs and are running around in the lobby and making a ton of noise. At that point, she understood what I was talking about and moved me to a different room on the third floor. Because the staff was able to accommodate my request, I give them 5 stars.
