Everything from seafood (Jumbo Shrimp) and Sushi to wonderfully grilled pork belly and biscuits and gravy was available. Then the prime rib and lamb and steak would be second course. This was a 3.5 star stay…read more We rolled in on a Saturday around 6pm. Didn't know where to pull up the car and ended up on the wrong side of the hotel. Once we found the valet--super long line of cars--it was clear it would be easier to self park so we did, no problems there as Husband had smartly gone inside and checked in already (used room key for parking entry.) Surprised at how enormous this place is between the hotel and parking lot. Everything was loud and kinda chaotic, downtown, the lobby, everything. Not my favorite vibe, also not the hotel's fault. We ate at Capriccio Grill. Food was very good (loved the Butter Board!) but the restaurant itself had that feel of a place where they serve breakfast lunch and dinner in a busy hotel 24/7 so no ambience to speak of. I would love to try the French place, Chez Philippe, when/if we return. Stopped by the bar for a to-go drink and it was long enough to note that the famous chocolate mousse duck was $13 on the menu but we had just been charged $18 at the deli for one to go. Made me feel less like a guest and more like a tourist being taken advantage of. It looked good but definitely wasn't some amazing dessert for that price. The room itself was quiet from the hotel side, despite being right next to the elevators, but there was an event at Autozone Park and a band was playing right outside our 9th floor window for most of our one night stay (until 10pm, started up again at 8am on Sunday.) Also not the hotel's fault but just one more unfortunate occurrence. The room was huge and comfy, loved the Nespresso machine. The bathroom on the other hand was tiny, but fine for one night. Super clean. We didn't see the ducks but I was enchanted by all the duck touches everywhere, from the duck-shaped soap to the duck-shaped single ice cube in Husband's old fashioned to the duck embroidery on one of the pillows and more. Good for them to lean into the duck tradition! Without exception, every employee was very nice and helpful. I would give this hotel another try knowing what I know now because I think it has the potential be a much better experience.

The hotel itself offers large, clean, and spacious rooms, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. Everything felt well-maintained, and the rates were excellent for the quality provided. Now let's talk about the food--because it definitely deserves recognition. The salmon bites were absolutely delicious, and the cheesecake was just as impressive. The catering throughout the event was well-executed and flavorful, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The event space was also well done. The setup was clean, organized, and created a great atmosphere for the conference. The vibe throughout the weekend was positive and engaging, and the DJ really brought it all together with a great mix of music across multiple genres. Spacious, clean rooms Excellent pricing for the stay Delicious catered food (salmon bites + cheesecake standout) Well-organized event space Great music and overall vibe This was a well-rounded experience, and I would definitely stay here again--whether for an event or just a getaway

The serve a great breakfast starting fairly early as well. For the evenings there's always a live DJ in the evenings to keep the vibes right. The rooms have always been clean and offer some great views of the city or river on the higher floors. If you want more space I recommend going for 2 queen bed room as the King rooms while lovely can be tight. It is a little further from Beale street than most downtown hotels which is a plus for me. The South main area has many cute shops and dining options still in walking distance to enjoy plus a grocery store around the corner if needed.

Customer service was excellent from start to finish--attentive, professional, and welcoming without being overbearing. The live music added an amazing vibe, elevating the entire experience and making the space feel alive and upscale at the same time. The drinks were fire , well-crafted and balanced, clearly made by bartenders who know what they're doing. Food-wise, don't skip the salmon bites--absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. They're one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave. Whether you're staying the night, coming for music, or just dining and drinking, Greyhound sets a high standard across the board. Definitely a place worth returning to.

I have the ability to choose my own room based on what I booked. I chose the corner room because typically they are larger, but come to find out that this particular room is much smaller than the standard kings elsewhere in the property, and the photos do not apply to the room type that I booked. I'm a Hilton diamond member, and anticipated an upgrade, which was not available, even though the hotel was not sold out. The restaurant and bar have an 18% auto gratuity that was not disclosed until I received my check. Have they not added the gratuity to it, I would've tipped my standard 20%. Probably the biggest issue I had was the lack of hot water. When I contacted the front desk, the agent informed me that I would need to run the shower for an average of 15 to 20 minutes for the hot water to start, which is ridiculous that they do not have a larger enough boiler to accommodate the entire hotel property. I asked to speak to the manager on duty and she told me that they were not available and that if I have further concerns, I need to take it up with the hotel general manager in the morning. No compensation was offered, and she said there's no point in moving rooms because the hot water situation will be the same regardless of the room chosen. While this property was in policy within my corporate travel guidelines, I will not be staying here again.

We had a really wonderful stay at this hotel…read more I love residence inns because i usually have a good experience. This place was no exception. The location is great. Beale St, Rendezvous, The Peabody, the riverfront are all within walking distance. Some of the places within a block or two. Location really couldn't be better. We elected to take advantage of the valet service which i found to be very reasonably priced. The person who checked us in was awesome. She was very friendly and helpful, she offered some really good suggestions for things to do/see. The room was the biggest room I have ever had in a hotel in my life and I've stayed in a lot of hotels. I can assure you that I did not select the highest room class when I booked this either. The thing was literally a LOFT with the bed and bathroom above the kitchen/living room area. There were large windows that provided a view of the city and even the river! The shower was great as well. There was plenty of space for using your own soaps. The water pressure was also better than expected. The shower was easy to use and figure out the towels were big and soft. Everything was spotless. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
