I ordered Trans-Siberian Orchestra tickets from them over a week ago for the show in Toronto tomorrow for seats in a section close to centre in the 300 level. After receiving my tickets I realized they sent me tickets way off to the side at 300 level. I called them and they realized their mistake and upgraded me to dead centre 100 level! That is good customer service...they realized their mistake and upgraded me for the hassle. read more

Purchased tickets for the Doobie Brothers, who cancelled due to COVID, I asked for a refund immediately, and they said they would reschedule. They did, over a year later. I asked for a refund, and they refused and suggested I could resell my tickets, and provided a link. I tried their it their way, and no resale. I had purchased ticket insurance. No refund. If it were not the fact that the tickets sold did not exist, this would be a glorified ticket scalping site; tickets I purchased through this venue were 5 times the cost of the best seats in the venue. Complete ripoff. Working in conjunction with Ticketsales.com. Purchased "high end" tickets to Hamilton three months early. Was sent an email indicating there was fraud concerns so the tickets would be "will call" at the counter of the venue, the day of the venue. 2 hour drive, planned the entire day around this event. Upon reaching the will call desk were told the tickets did not exist, in fact the entire section and row listed on the information did not exist. Called the company I ordered the tickets from, Ticketsales.com, was told to call Best Time Entertainment, who couldn't explain why their tickets were invalid. Left the venue with a very upset family memeber. read more

This company who works under Ticket Network has a small claims dispute building against them by me. If you have purchased tickets from them and they have told you "all sales are final" when their reply specifically states 100% money back guarantee, I ask that you please email me at vanjhud@hotmail.com so that I can turn this from a small claims to a class action suit. I will endeavor a huge part of my time, money and life toward making sure this company observes buyer rights and make more transparent purchase policies so that no one else will ever have to go through this again. Please feel free to email me and we will add the names to the claims court document. Thank you Van Hudson read more

This company is ridiculous. Obviously things are strained right now due to covid. We bought tickets to see patti labelle on may 3rd. They waited until today, April 30th to update that the concert is going to be postponed until next year. This is beyond absurd. Stay at home orders are still in place and you thought you were still going to have a concert? They are refusing to refund the tickets because its been rescheduled not canceled. We wont even be living here this time next year. So you want us to now pay for plane tickets, hotel rooms, and rental cars? Such a scam read more

All I can say is FRAUD! I paid over 700 bucks for three tickets to see a play in Sacramento CA. They were supposed to be by the orchestra. Well nope. The worst seats not what I paid for and in fact when I went up to complain. Found out that the seats I purchased didn't exist! I paid over 700 for 77 dollar seats! Oh yeah! FRAUD! Will be contacting my bank!i give them minus - 5 stars read more

This company has a very misleading website. I was trying to buy $83 tickets and the site said that they had what appeared to be a volume discount price for 6 tickets for $374, I ordered the tickets and then realized they sold me one seat for $374!! In addition charged exorbitant service charges, so my final cost for one $83 ticket was $475!! I immediately called them and they refused to give me a refund or exchange my ticket. Unbelievable! I don't know how they sleep at night They are also under the name of Ticketsmate.com read more

Never, ever buy tickets through this outfit. I just got charged almost triple the face value of two tickets to "The Nutcracker" (at Christmas, what Scrooges). On the phone when I called to complain they were rude and not helpful. Sent me to their web hosting service where the rep was even more rude. These resellers should be outlawed or shut down. NO STARS at all for this business. read more

I was ripped off by this company. I thought I was buying premium seats and they were second from the back row. When I printed the tickets they had someone else's name on them and the price listed on them was 1/4 what I paid . DO NOT BUY TICKETS HERE!! I purchased tickets for Monster Truck Jam only to find out that the tickets were sold for a much higher price than a different ticket website. To each ticket I was charged an additional $15 for processing fees. I called and tried to cancel my order, they said NO REFUNDS. Are you kidding me??!! I tried to speak to a manger but they have no mangers I can talk to. Instead they said I can write an email to customer service. Unfortunately this is stated somewhere in all that long writing that no one even cares to read then you just check off the button that you agree to everything you just read.... I don't leave reviews but this was worth writing if I can save someone else from getting into trouble. read more

This website gets off on ripping people off. I was told I was getting premium tickets and and they are actually in the nose bleed section and over $200 more then Ticketmaster. They also added extra fees that they did not tell me about. I tried to get a refund and was told that if you purchase over the internet then here is no refund. Firstly I ordered over the phone and was never told they they were not refundable. Also the lady hung up on me when I said I wanted to dispute them. Sooo upset. Ended up calling Amex to file a dispute and bought the same tickets on Ticketmaster . I hope Amex refunds the money! DO NOT USE THIS SITE FOR ANYTHING! I will be spreading the word!! read more

Foolishly accepted terms and conditions not realizing I was buying tickets for my local Canadian venue in US Dollars. I was totally duked!! I thought i was purchasing tickets for Matilda the musical and at some point it directed me to tickets for an Opera. The next day when I realized i made a mistake, I called the company and let them know I accidentally purchased the wrong tickets. (At this point I just wanted a refund so i can still go back and buy the correct tickets) The company told me all sales are final! WTH!! They are a scam company. The tickets are much more expensive than from other companies. Ok, So I read all the reviews about this place and I began to really worry. I researched this company and found out all the information that I could then I called them. I called several times all due to my worries stemming from the reviews that I see here. See the tickets that I ordered are for my elderly In Laws that are super excited about the Concert that I gave them tickets too for Christmas and I would have flipped out if I would have gotten them scammed for their gift this year. Well after several calls and days of worry the tickets did in fact arrive. The concert is on the 20th of December and we are looking forward to my In Laws attending this event. I am giving this review because when I called this company and questioned them and brought up these reviews one of the employees explained to me that once people get their tickets they never take the time to give a review saying that they did receive their tickets. I can see where they are coming from with that so here I am to give a good review. read more

This agency is a scam. I paid $399 for two tickets to Matilda that I could have gotten for $128 directly from the theater. I was in a hurry and didn't do any checking and paid two-and-half times the price. Please don't be fooled as I was. read more

This company is a shame they sell tickets to postpone events even after they've known that the event has been postponed! Then they tell you that they will issue you tickets to the next scheduled event for that artist even if you don't live in the city where the event was being held. After calling them they have come up with an excuse that your tickets are not refundable. Right now they are trying to steal my $275 that I paid for tickets in Florida during my 20 year anniversary with my wife even though I live in Texas! I will stop at no end in my effort to expose this fraudulent company and their illegal and immoral activities! My lawyer will crucify them in court and my punitive damages with far exceed the measly $275 that they are trying to steal from me on a concert that was cancelled (which they are and have been aware of) 5 whole days ago!!!! They disguise themselves as Best Time Entertainment, when they really are another company called TicketsMate.com read more

Wow! So i reviewed this company earlier for tickets I purchased for Boyz II Men in Las Vegas. After purchasing what I believed to be front row tickets, I got 2nd to the back row for $360 for 2 tickets. These guys are crooks. They refused to refund my money or give me better seats. they claimed that those were the best tickets available for that price. Not only were there empty seats all over, the folks next to me paid $35 per ticket. Save yourself an immanent ripoff. Buy your tickets elsewhere! read more

do not buy tickets from this site! it is a scam! Not even 24 hours after my underage child purchased incredibly expensive tickets: $ 2056.00 for two tickets - Buell Theater, Denver - Christmas Show (usually sold for $250 each - for best seating location), not even front row seats, I called the company and asked if they could cancel the tickets due to my un-authorized child making the purchase. I was told by the Lady that answered the phone that she could not at the moment cancel the order, because it was not invoiced yet, but that she would have cancelled it as soon as it would invoice. She approved the cancellation because a minor had placed the order. The day before the day of the play, Best Time Entertainment sent me the tickets via email. I called the company immediately. The same Lady answered the phone. She was very aggressive and denied everything she told me before. She said "You bought the tickets, and they are yours." I never used the tickets, because I REALLY CANNOT AFFORD THEM. I do not have this kind of $$$$. I reminded the Lady of the conversation we had, and she denied every telling me that she could cancel the tickets. I just called Best Time Entertainment and asked to speak with a Manager or a person in charge. The same Lady answered the phone. She was very verbally aggressive and told me I could not speak with a manager and that since I disputed the charge with the c/c company she could only speak with the credit card company and not with me. She hang up on me! At this point, I strong suspect that the Lady I have been speaking with is the only person at this company. At least she si the only person running the office. Do not buy anything from this web site! IT IS A SCAM! I WAS TOLD MY TICKETS COULD BE CANCELLED! THE PRICES ARE A RIP OFF! THEY CHARGE $ 400 IN FEES ON TOP OF THE TICKET PRICE!! read more

I ordered Monster Jam tickets through TicketLuck and was connected with Best Time Entertainment for the Tickets. I purchase event tickets all of the time and I am aware that the resale agencies purchase tickets in an effort to make a profit. That is just business. I knew I would pay more than the face value and was ready to do so to get to this event. Although the emailed download of my E-tickets did take two weeks I received my tickets well in advance of the event. The seats were as I ordered. In addition, we had friends wanting to buy tickets near us so I called Best Time and was confirmed of our seating by the customer service representative. She also looked up the seating chart and told me how many seats were in our row to give us an idea on how far away our friends would be. I would buy through them again. read more

I was scammed by these scumbags! Purchased 3 tickets from "Best Buy Entertainment" to see Beautiful in Naples FL. for a Sunday matinee. Was suspicious when they had no actual tickets the Monday prior to the performance and began double talking about computer issues. I asked to be able to pickup my tickets at will call since I worried that the tx wouldn't arrive on time. I was told that I should expect an email with "will call"instructions. By Wednesday, I heard nothing and they stopped answering the phone. No tx., no contact, no Beautiful. NEVER deal with these lying, thieving bastards. read more

DO NOT USE Best Time for ticket purchases!!! Not knowing they were a third-party reseller, I paid 2.5 times the face/market value for two tickets to a show in Austin, that was NOT sold out and tickets were available directly from the theater. Buyer beware. Read this company's itty bitty terms and conditions. We bought 3 tickets from this service at highly inflated prices over twice the market price for a show in Sacramento, CA. Our email confirmation showed our seats to be second tier, row a-n at a price of $157.00 each with a service fee of $108.33. The tickets that were mailed to us were completely different and far worse seating. We called to get the mistake corrected, but, they claimed their terms and conditions state that they can issue upgraded seats at their discretion. Upgraded seats found us sitting on the floor, almost the back row behind 2500 people. The seats we thought we bought would have been 2nd tier balcony overlooking the entire theatre. SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! I would have given a 0 star rating if it was an option. I purchased tickets from what I thought was the venue sight only to find that I had been rerouted and purchased them from this company. The tickets were very misleading. When I received my tickets they were not the seats I had originally ordered. I called and spoke with a representative who was friendly but no help at all. I asked for a supervisor and was advised that I need to send an e-mail to speak with a manager. I sent an email as requested and I have yet to hear from a supervisor.
