Worst experience i've ever had online, customer service is non existent if you have a problem they will not put anything in writing or email you about it. Placed an order for over 800 GBP, turned up on a different day when I explicitly stated the delivery date (not the couriers fault but best tile's fault because they put the order on economy delivery which didn't guarantee the day it would be delivered as they promised before I placed the order), when the tiles turned up there was more than half the pallet that were wrong e.g. different colors and a whole batch of small tiles were black instead of blue. They promised a refund and 50 euros for all the phone calls etc but only refunded what I paid and then didn't tell me they had done it. Yours furiously. PS there is another company in europe which sell the same tiles and give better terms and conditions. read more
