Ordered a planner refill from BestSource in NY on Amazon that was clearly advertised as 2019. What was delivered was 2018... in October of 2018. Useless. Ordered same from Best Source in Reno on Amazon with same result. What kind of a company sells a 2018 calendar on October of that year? Do not use this company - this company looks legit but, when you order products, you receive only 1-2 items out of your whole order and you cannot get a refund. I ordered a pallet of copy paper and only received 2 boxes of the orderr. I paid $122.00. There was no explanation from Best source and no response to my attempts to contact the company I lost out on $122.00. As you can see from other reviews, people have the same experience. The picture that they had posted for the Coffee-mate French Vanilla Sugar Free individual coffee creamers showed a case of 4 - 50ct creamers. When I received the order, they only sent 1 - 50ct box. When I called customer service to have the remainder shipped to me, they said the picture was wrong and it was only 1 50ct box. The total cost was $15.35 and to ship it back was going to cost me over $12 for something that was not my mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! They sent the gradebook in the wrong size and kind of packaging, so they can't blame the Post Office. Won't buy from Best Source again. While their ad could be considered deceptive as to how many clips you were purchasing, the reviews brought that to my attention and I confirmed the amount. Unfortunately I received half of the amount. It took Best Source Office Supply a long time to respond and their response was totally unexpected. They told me since Amazon fulfilled the order, there was nothing they could do. Amazon's response was even worse, return the incomplete order for a credit (3-5 days after they receive it) and re-order. We are talking about a $7 order. read more

You had better make sure you definitely, absolutely want the item you are purchasing because their customer service is not good and their return policy is even worse. First of all they make you pay for return shipping and then they deduct a 20-35% processing fee. I spent $28 on the item, paid $9 for return shipping and then they refunded me $23 for returning an item that was not even opened. read more
