Do not use this company! Ordered 9 Soft Soap refills off of Amazon. Received a damaged box and leaking bottles. Attempted a return, received SAME box back resealed minus 3 bottles and the 6 bottles that were there were partially full and sticky. Amazon is just as guilty of poor customer service as this "seller". No response to contact attempts either read more

Ordered a planner refill from BestSource in NY on Amazon that was clearly advertised as 2019. What was delivered was 2018... in October of 2018. Useless. Ordered same from Best Source in Reno on Amazon with same result. What kind of a company sells a 2018 calendar on October of that year? What kind of a company can't seem to verify that they are shipping what the advertised? Return and Refund were easy but the customer is being played as the fool. Shame, shame, shame. read more

BUYER BEWARE THIS IS A SHEISTER ORGANIZATION Bought 2 2 oz. Fabritec glues for $9.18 Was charged that amount for both. Stole over $9 from me. I will be dialoguing with Amazon as to why they would use this corrupt business. read more

Do not use this company - this company looks legit but, when you order products, you receive only 1-2 items out of your whole order and you cannot get a refund. I ordered a pallet of copy paper and only received 2 boxes of the orderr. I paid $122.00. There was no explanation from Best source and no response to my attempts to contact the company I lost out on $122.00. As you can see from other reviews, people have the same experience. A class action lawsuit should be started. read more

Best Source advertised on Walmart site, a box containing 30 individual boxes of facial tissues. I order two boxes (60 individual boxes) and I received only 2 individual boxes. So far neither Best Source nor Walmart have responded to my complaint. read more

ordered a 2019 planner to replace my planner that was messed up- I received a 2020 planner, when 2019 isn't even over yet! I had to pay full price to order ANOTHER one to insure me getting it on time! I sent a email asking if I would for SURE be getting the 2019 like I ordered BOTH times, this time. I was told it was not their fault because Amazon processes and ships for them- well, then my suggestion is to take your name off! Your the seller, I blame YOU! read more

They are not honest. The product description was inaccurate. It was described as a 5 pack when it was really just one. It was down in the specs description that it was listed as a single. Clearly they're trying and succeeding at deceiving customers. Then I had to make several phone calls to Amazon customer service to get my refund. Do not buy from them! read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED. Just as the 'customer review' before me stated BUYER BEWARE. I should have listened. They offer one thing and deliver another. I feel hustled. Don't wast your time. A name change from BestSource to WorstSource is warranted. read more

so far, im not even remotely impressed. I ordered a 2010 calendar planner and they sent me a 2012 calendar. The phone number is disconnected and as of three days ago, they havent responded to either one of the two emails. read more

The picture that they had posted for the Coffee-mate French Vanilla Sugar Free individual coffee creamers showed a case of 4 - 50ct creamers. When I received the order, they only sent 1 - 50ct box. When I called customer service to have the remainder shipped to me, they said the picture was wrong and it was only 1 50ct box. The total cost was $15.35 and to ship it back was going to cost me over $12 for something that was not my mistake. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! It was originally ordered thru the Walmart website and Walmart would not take it back. read more

Ordered thru Amazon.com. Advertisement CLEARLY showed 50 units. They shipped one - that's right, just one. Avoid them if possible. read more

Wish I would of read reviews about this company before purchasing. I went through amazon thinking it would be ok... but what I ordered is not what I received... there are so many other sellers that I will make sure I won't go through this company again. read more

Ordered a gradebook and it arrived crumpled beyond use. I called the only number I could find but the number is no longer in service. They sent the gradebook in the wrong size and kind of packaging, so they can't blame the Post Office. Won't buy from Best Source again. That they provide no contact information, not even an invoice inside the mailer, tells me they don't want to deal with their customers, so don't anyone deal with them. read more

Description on Amazon of pen refill wasn't adequate and I wanted to exchange the wrong size and they don't accept returns. Amazon should not use this supplier anymore - bad reviews all the way around read more

You had better make sure you definitely, absolutely want the item you are purchasing because their customer service is not good and their return policy is even worse. First of all they make you pay for return shipping and then they deduct a 20-35% processing fee. I spent $28 on the item, paid $9 for return shipping and then they refunded me $23 for returning an item that was not even opened. read more

Ordered shelf clips from BestSource OfficeSupply through Amazon. While their ad could be considered deceptive as to how many clips you were purchasing, the reviews brought that to my attention and I confirmed the amount. Unfortunately I received half of the amount. It took Best Source Office Supply a long time to respond and their response was totally unexpected. They told me since Amazon fulfilled the order, there was nothing they could do. Amazon's response was even worse, return the incomplete order for a credit (3-5 days after they receive it) and re-order. We are talking about a $7 order. read more

I ordered what I thought was a complete refill (365 days) for a Franklin Day Planner. What arrived was just the 12 tabbed monthly pages, which does me no good. read more

worst experience ever. 1. Item description was not accurate and confusing. 2. Item was sold to me as new, but when it arrived it looked like it had been previously installed. 3. They take forever to answer e-mails and their phone number is disconnected. 4. I told them I need to return Item and they told me to return it but will not pay for shipping. It wont surprise me if this company goes out of business and I hope they do, we don't need companies like in this country. read more
