Joel has repeatedly ignored my texts and calls. On the rare occasions he has responded, he has openly admitted that he "doesn't manage his business," that he "hides," and that "this is not the first time I've done this." Those are his own words. This is not just unprofessional,it is deceitful, irresponsible, and cruel. He knows how important these memories are, yet he disappears with people's money and delivers nothing on time--if at all. He has admitted that this is a pattern in how he runs his business. Joel has stolen not only our money but also the joy of reliving the most meaningful day of our lives. I cannot put into words the disappointment and devastation this has caused. I am leaving this review to warn others, even though it says "this location is permanently closed" on his yelp page. It did not say that when I first started looking up reviews just a few months ago. The day after our wedding (8/23/25), Ernie and Fiona sent an email stating delivery would occur within 8-12 weeks and that previews would be shared within one week. Aside from the short montage that we had already received, those timelines were not met. On October 30, 2025, we received a general email acknowledging significant delays and communication issues. While the message expressed awareness of the problem, we have still received no deliverables, no specific timeline, and no meaningful follow-up. As of today, it has been 17 weeks since our wedding. We have also attempted to schedule and attend a phone appointment with the vendors (most recently on 12/19/25 at 1:45 PM PST), which they did not attend or respond to. Repeated efforts to communicate directly have gone unanswered.
