I found out about it when I drove the truck away and heard the engine rapping real loud. Then they tried to deny it. They finally admitted to breaking the spark plug but lied about the pieces falling into the engine. Had a different mechanic tear the engine apart while waiting for the new one. He found the pieces of spark plug in the engine. Pete & Sons wouldn't go good for it. Then I find out that service stations have insurance to cover these types of mistakes. I tell everyone about my experience so that they are warned. They can however pump gas and wash your windshield.
