Well, yesterday I had to find someone to help us with a now busted pipe (hole in pipe size of a golf ball) I asked around in our neighborhood Facebook group, and they all recommended All about Septic, so I called them again to help. Jason and Tiffany really worked with us to make it possible to be taken care of. As a single income family in this economy its hard and we are scraping by, they really made an effort to help when it was needed. I will more then likely never use another septic company as long as I live here. The staff I have had contact with are all very nice. I would 100% recommend this company over and over again. He is incredibly knowledgeable of all aspects of septic systems and explained everything as he was working. He is also HONEST and will give you an honest review of your system. Other companies will look to make you feel like you need to spend a lot of money on a system that is working as intended just because they can. Dont waste your time or money on other companies when Crotty Services will do it right the first time and give you an honest assessment. They are not looking to take advantage of you for their financial gain. The other 2 companies that came out contradicted themselves on which tank was which, stuck their hand in the water and then smelled it to "confidently" determine which tank it was, sketched the tanks in the incorrect orientation, didn't even check one of the tanks before saying the tank was bad and performed checks on the tank incorrectly to determine a pass or fail. One of those companies have a lot of good reviews (the same company that didnt know what tank was what...) as well so that is very concerning. Not digging up the septic like I did WITH the other company, which had a Massive root grown over top around 16 inches around. When I told them them it wasn't done correctly, they denied that, even though I removed the root and the other company said there were too many solids for just over 6 months. I called. My wife called. No call backs. I then left a Google review. They talked BS on the Google review saying we cursed them out over the phone. Never happened. Saying I accused them of installing the drain field, but I wasn't alive when the drain field was put in. Over all, they didn't give a F**k when a customer told them the work was done wrong, with photo proof, with another companies statement. I wanted a refund. That alone is commendable. Ive never owned a home with a septic tank & had heard horror stories so was anxious when I called. Samantha was courteous and walked me through the process. I was scheduled for between 12 and 4pm a few days later and the driver arrived at 12:15. He spent quite awhile pumping out my tank and informing me all along what he was doing and what to do for the future or look out for. The driver only wanted to do his best for me. Karina called me back to let me know that an employed would be there shortly. Esdras (forgive me if I spelled it incorrectly) called just like expected and came within an hour. I know I will have to relay the information to my parent's, whose home was being serviced, so I loved the fact that when I asked questions, he was patient and simple with his explantation to what the issue was. I appreciate that he didn't make it sound like if we didn't get further work done right then and there, that the tank would "explode!" which is the feeling I get from other services (from plumbing, electrical, car maintenance, etc) if you don't do an extra $1k+ of work. He let me know what the next step would be and I feel comfortable knowing that I can make a good decision with the information given. I will definitely be using them in the future and have already recommended them to friends an family.
