This facility is very clean and has large isles between units to allow for a small tow trailer to access the units (bonus). The owner and office personnel are very helpful and pleasant. We utilize a storage unit there and have for over 3 years; as well as renting U-Haul equipment from time to time. They are old school, which I love, and are not all automated. The personal touch is much appreciated.

I was recommended this shop by a BMW repair shop, so i figured this shop can knock out the inline 6 no sweat. They resurfaced the deck to the smoothest finish they can and it's crazy good ready for MLS gasket. Reasonably priced for a deck resurface and oil bath after (previous shop didn't even do that). My coworker also sent his son's honda engine to this shop for full rebuild bore and hone with sourcing the oversized pistons.

Refused to even look at the cylinder head I brought in, just told me they didn't work on aluminum heads and they refused to check the cams to see if those could be salvaged. That's fine, its their prerogative on what they can and will work on. But it could have been handled so much better. Someone up front with an ounce of empathy could have explained they didn't do that and made me ok with and gotten a chance to earn my business for next time. Not this guy. So I won't be back.

This last time they had to vehicle for 7 weeks and returned it back to me unfixed because they couldn't figure out the issue even after consulting with two engineers. The engineer even recommended a part to be replaced but the dealership service department would not replace it because they weren't confident it would fix the problem. The other issue is every time we've given it to them to duplicate the issue they do not follow the instructions. They even lied and told the jeep service case manager that it had fixed been and returned to us 2 weeks ago when it had not been. Only when we called them out did they address it. Our calls were getting avoided by managers in both sales and service. I always had to be the one to check in on the status. They only provided a rental after 5 weeks of having my vehicle. They have shown zero care and empathy for our situation. The sales manager that drove it said he couldn't duplicate the issue therefore there is nothing wrong with it and again showed no empathy or care. He said he wouldn't buy the car back only trade it in. He said the manufacturer should have boughten the car back after the 3rd time it was brought in for the issue but no support or direction has been given for that option. I have been a loyal customer for many many years and have had multiple family members purchase vehicles from this dealership and I'm extremely disappointed in the service I've been provided and appalled with how I've been treated.
