Sebastian even took the time to teach a carpet hauling hack- make a couple cuts for a handle and snip a tail on the end to slip under that handle: holding it all together. Little Bear Cleaning, thank you for taking an insurmountable project and turning it into a pleasant day of accomplishment with superb human beings of excellent character and distinguished work ethic. So I hired this company again for my next home. On this home, not only did they go through all the numbers, but they unearthed big ticket items that would have crushed me if I had bought the home without knowing about them. Alex & Maria were also super responsive in a follow up dialog to answer my questions and give me the proper context to put in my inspection objections.

I even added a sewer scope on at the last minute and he was happy to get it done the same day. He walked me through everything and took time to answer all of my questions. Overall a great experience and I would reccomend!

Our new home was under construction. The home we were living in sold very quickly. Our best…read moreoption was to find temporary housing and put our possessions in storage. Given our age, we decided we did NOT want to pack all our belongings and move our stuff to a storage unit. So, we were lucky enough to find this wonderful company: Switchback Moving Company. We have moved many, many times so we have a great deal of experience with moving companies. Without a doubt, hands down, this is the VERY BEST company we have ever worked with. Always punctual, packed everything in boxes with lots of care and they were FAST. If you or someone you know is in need of the very best moving company in northern Colorado, do not hesitate to give these folks a call. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. PS: The reason for a 4 rating: make very sure that you have this company verify IN WRITING that : ALL packing, packing supplies, breaking down of furniture, loading the moving container, covers and straps for protection of furniture, etc. IS included in the price. We were ensured verbally that these things were included in the price. Unfortunately, this was not the case. We were charged for all boxes/wrapping they used with the understanding that they would remove them from our new home when they were emptied, but it's still unclear if we will receive any reimbursement. In addition, they did not bring enough blankets so some of ours were used. I really wish that I could have given them a 5 rating. If they do reimburse us for the boxes/wrapping when all is said and done, I will definitely change to a 5. Stay tuned.

Tip of the iceberg of problems with this move which is very disappointing considering I had worked with same company twice before and had movers that hustled and did a great job. I'm also a member of a merchant group and we've switched our recommendation list to other moving companies (one in particular) and the 6 moves that used our recommendation were perfect; no damage, within cost estimate, timely and easy to work with.
