I wish I would have hired Best Quality Movers from the start. I made the mistake of hiring Global Moving LLC to move me across the country. Global Moving is awful to deal with. They do not call you back, they do not pick up the phone, they text you very cold statements about why they can't accommodate your needs, I could go on and on, but instead I'll talk about BQM. BQM was hired by Global Moving to drive my load from Michigan to California. Due to poor planning on Global's part, my load arrived a week before me. Nick from BQM was driving the truck and worked with me to find a place to store my load before I arrived a week later. He answered my calls, my texts, explained the options to me, and most importantly, he got ahold of Global Moving when I couldn't. I arrived in Cali a week later and called Global Moving about 10 times a day trying to get Doug (the ops guy on the phone)...he would not answer and texted me some bs about why he couldn't deliver my load in the window that I originally said I needed it by three weeks before when I signed his contract on the condition that my stuff arrive on time. He also told me that I needed to be available 24/7 from now on if i wanted to get my stuff. I started to wonder if i was going to have to take a vacation day from work to meet with movers just to get my stuff. I slept on the floor that night because I didn't have my stuff. So, I texted Nick from BQM because I thought maybe he could help me like he did last week...sure enough he instantly responded and had my stuff scheduled to be delivered the next morning. Sure enough, the next morning, BQM's Dennis arrived on time, was polite and enjoyable to be around, and single-handedly moved my 1BR trailer of stuff up two flights of stairs in like 1.5 hours. He even assembled my furniture and helped me avoid several bs charges that Global Moving tried to include. There was an extra charge on my bill that I had already paid and Dennis called Nick who answered the phone immediately to resolve it. That's customer service. The team at Best Quality Movers was amazing! I originally booked my move for Tuesday, 7/14, but when I learned we could move in earlier, I called Alex and he immediately agreed to change the date to Sunday, 7/12. Alex told me his guys would arrive at 8 am and they arrived right on time. Upon arrival they were very professional and introduced themselves. The first thing they did was assess what needed to be moved and went over the details of their pricing and insurance. Everything was clear and I had complete confidence that the move would go smoothly. We moved from a 3rd floor apartment so they had to move furniture down 4 flights of stairs. Everything was moved with such precision and care. They carefully wrapped all of our furniture and took extra time with our china cabinet which had 4 glass doors. We could not believe how well they packed the truck. They fit everything together as if they were pieces in a puzzle. We had them leave a few items until last in case they couldn't fit everything and we told them we could move those items ourselves later on as they weren't essential. We didn't have to. They fit absolutely everything perfectly and we could not have been happier! Upon arriving to our new home they walked through with us so they knew where everything was to go and checked in to ensure they had the right furniture going in the right place on every trip into the house. After everything was in its place and furniture put back together, they had us check everything on last time and then they clearly explained the invoice. Nothing was damaged or scratched and everything was perfect. We were extremely happy with the service Alex and his team provided. Alex called me a few days after our move to check in to see how everything went and how we felt about their service. I was really impressed that he personally followed up. These guys absolutely live up to their name! We just moved from California to Idaho and used a moving broker initially ( do yourself a favor and avoid brokers like the plague...I will address that situation elsewhere!) The broker, very fortunately, sub contracted with Best Quality Movers. From then on, our experience took a turn for the better. BQM showed up on time, as promised. The first crew we met, Jake and his team, were courteous, professional and very hard working. They packed all of our stuff with great care onto the truck, and protected all of our furniture securely before putting it all on as well. Supervisor Nick then took over the project, keeping in frequent communication with us so that we would know what to expect on the other side when our stuff arrived. Just as Nick advised, our belongings arrived the following weekend. This time , Alex and Alex were the team. They were simply amazing! These guys moved all my fragile stuff with the utmost care and handled all my heavy furniture with no problem. When they started unwrapping my glass fronted bookcases, I was able to appreciate the extreme care that Jake and his team had taken in protecting them, ensuring that they survived the move. Alex and Alex were also courteous and professional, just as everyone from Best Quality Movers have been. The Quote: Best Quality Movers was the first quote response I got. Not anxious to take the first quote I received, I waited for a few others to come in. At the end of the day BQM had the most enticing offer and they were very clear and upfront about charges. Up to this point they had been the fastest responding and best value... but it gets better!!! The Job: They had given me an hour window on when they were gonna show up on Saturday morning between 8-9, at 7:59 I hear the truck roll up and at 8AM they came up and politely knocked on the door as punctual as anyone could ever be. A short introduction and some preliminary paperwork and it was off to the races. Alex and V. were extremely polite, hardworking, attention to detail and overall just amazing at the whole process. The moved fast but careful to the point where I was never concerned with the well being of any of my possessions and I never thought for one second that they weren't putting fourth 100% effort. After they finished they drew me up the completed paperwork and put me on the phone with their HQ for a quick payment confirmation. QUICK, EASY, PAINLESS. In summary. Fantastic job guys! Out of 20 movers I contacted about a last minute job (1 10x15 storage unit from Corona, CA to Santa Ana, CA, to an upstairs unit, in the middle of the complex), Nick with Best Quality Movers was both the first to respond, and the best rate offered for the job. We had a slight miscommunication issue due to my phone messing up, however, Nick was professional, courteous, and ensured he still delivered even though we had a time frame change due to my non response. Just as a heads up--when you're on the schedule, they will want to call you day of to organize an exact time that the team will arrive. I assumed they would show between the two hours I was on the schedule for, but, they confirm with you so you aren't waiting all day for them. They're pretty freaking awesome. The two man crew that arrived was Alex and Yuriy. They were both cheerful and positive, and came prepared with packing materials for our fragile items. Even though our move was a major pain due to having to walk the things from the parking lot, up two flights of stairs, and in a single wide door, they got the job done as quickly and safely as possible. They ended up staying later than we planned the job to be (mostly due to starting later as well), but, never once complained, even when carrying our heavy couch and love seat pair. I have used BestQualityMovers twice and was extremely pleased with their service. When you first call their office, you will hear Alex, with his East European accent. Then you have these questions pop up in the back of your mind about who you may be dealing with. But do not let that fool you. He is serious about his business and he sets up his movers and makes sure scheduling is confirmed a number of times. Also, there is absolutely no guess work about any charges for the moves. They are organized, on time, careful and extremely up front with what the cost of the move will be. No surprises. They are detail oriented and everything is explained before the movers begin. Packing materials, blankets, boxes and any other item costs are laid out in detail so you know what to expect. They will ask to make sure you are comfortable with the way your items will be packed and unpacked. They charge by the hour but are efficient. Do not be surprised when they come in a rental truck. This is very smart of them as they do not waste money on unnecessary inventory. They will only bring a rental vehicle suited to the moving task. Excellent cost control measure. I recommended them to some friends that needed to be moved and they also had that initial reservation about Alex. This company is the best!! Alex - (wonderful service!), answered phone calls right away when I needed to keep switching move dates (contingencies with buying a residence), and was very kind and patient. The day of the move, the three gentlemen were on time, clean, professional, quick and efficient. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. These guys were amazing! It was so hot outside and they just kept going at a steady rate without complaining (7-hours straight - no break!). The heat seemed like it didn't even phase them. I have a lot of glass furniture, a large screen TV, fragile items, paintings, etc. They didn't damage one item! They also had to trek a long distance from the street to the second story condo with extremely heavy, expensive pieces of furniture. They were polite and didn't mind placing and replacing items for me until I was satisfied on positioning. Jason and his team were great!! Ask for Jason and his team - that's my recommendation. Here is my complete experience. Not a pleasant experience though if you have time to Read. I booked Golden State Van Line to ship my stuff from Fremont CA to Phoenix AZ. Golden State gave my Stuff to Best Quality Movers in Phoenix, Az. 1.) Truck Driver did not pack my TV properly. The Magical trick that works on all the customers. They hold your stuff hostage and say "My 18 wheeler cannot enter your apartment complex we need to use a smaller truck to get ur stuff" and bump up your moving cost by 40%. Golden State Van Lines handover my stuff to Best Quality Movers. Total Upset when I saw my TV has a physical damage which is not covered under warranty. 2.) These guys are extremly careless while shipping your stuff ( Reason: they only have to pay $0.60 per pound with the CHEAP liability insurance they have by default). My TV is worth 800$ but only weighs 75 pounds so they break it and just pay (75 pounds * $0.60 = 45$ ). Make yourself a favour and PLEASE Take Insurance, Don't trust these guys. 3.) Always Pack your stuff and keep it ready. This is save Money, time and chances of getting your stuff Safely delivered. read more

I highly recommend Best Quality Movers; I used them for my move across town in Los Angeles. My first impression of the company was made prior to their arrival: I had an emergency and needed some extra time to get everything finalized. Because of this, they were very accommodating in modifying their arrival window. (They are quick to respond via email.) The pick-up was incredibly efficient and fast; three movers got everything out of my old space (a 2BR) in about 45 minutes. (The movers themselves were as hardworking and professional as I've seen any movers in 10+ moves I've had over my life.) The move-in to my new space was, if anything, even more efficient. Additionally, parking by my new building was tricky and they were adaptive to this situation (each trading-off the job of guarding the truck but never slowing down the pace of getting everything inside the new apartment). Moved from California to Maryland. Everything went very smoothly from the beginning to the end! The company is very client oriented! They adjusted the dates at my request with no problem after the contract was signed. They helped to correctly estimate the cost! I did not see any cost difference because I used the company's program which helped me to estimate the cargo volume very precisely! Yes, it took time and effort to list all items, but it was worth it because I was limited on budget and I had to know precisely the price. I did not meet any hidden fee or surprise with cost. I ordered the full packing service, and it was great! The movers were very precise in the details and very accurate with the furniture and belongings. No items were missed or damaged! If you're moving in the Los Angeles and need a FAST moving company, look no further. My husband and I had our 1200 square foot, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment moved in less than four hours, including the 11-mile trip to our new house. The movers had to navigate using one public elevator from our fourth floor apartment, and still got the job done so fast. We got so much time back to unpack and get settled because of how fast they were. You might think this costs a pretty penny to get this kind of service, but it was the cheapest quote I found across four other companies. They also wrapped all our furniture, unwrapped and adjusted everything to exactly where we wanted it, and took apart and reassembled some furniture to make it fit. I hope to not move again, but if I do, I would only trust Best Quality Movers. They made the entire experience less stressful. read more
