From day 1 they have been nothing but amazing to work with. They met with our insurance adjuster to ensure he got every detail of damage that could be seen on the surface, walked us through different roofing options, ensured they had the preferred shingle color in stock, scheduled the job and met and exceeded that date. I was blown away they had the job completed in 5 hours, they did an amazing job and pristine cleanup after. Used an experienced 11 man crew which made all the difference and the project manager was onsite a majority of the time. Found out the last roofer cut some corners so they had to remove 2 layers of felt and replace wood rot due to it, they contacted our insurance on our behalf to get additional funds for the extra labor/materials required. We'll be using them for the rest of the damage from the storm (siding, trim, window screens, gutters, they do it all!) Will never use another roofing company as long as we're here and LOVE they are family owned and operated!

They came out to inspect my roof within two hours, on a weekend. The quote was reasonable and the owner and a crew member fixed my missing shingles in under 30 minutes. Fast and competent, and the owner was friendly enough to chat with me for a few minutes, even though his wife had told me earlier they were extremely busy doing estimates and on the spot repairs all day. First off they spray painted all of the vents and flashing to the vents on top of the roof on the newly placed shingles instead of taking them off and doing it before hand. The roof had waves in it did not look flat at all. We tried calling Ron Johnson which is the owner about this thinking he would fix the problem. NO HE DID NOT! Instead told us that he wouldn't talk with us about this he would only talk with our inspector so he says. ... Umm what?? Ok so we move on and get our realtor involved. She calls and finally gets one of his workers if he was even a legit worker of his to come out to our final walk through. We found that part of the outter edge of the roof had been bent and on the back side of the roof had tar parks on multiple shingles. This Guy Greg said it was no problem and he would fix it before we closed on our house. Ok great! Well some of what he said was true they fixed the spray paint and replaced the shingles and evened out the shingles that had appeared to be Wavy but did not fix the spot where the roof had been bent. Said he would be back the next day. It will be 5 days since he said he would be back. Our Realtor has tried to contact Ron multiple times and each time answers and hangs up with her. My Fiance has also tried to contact them and he did not return his call but had his wife call him back telling him that the job had already been done which it had not been. She then stated that they only do good business sometimes. Like I said DO NOT NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless your up for a fight over your roof. TAKE PRIDE IN YOU WORK AND OWN UP TO YOUR MISTAKES!
