I was told to come in an apply whenever. When I decided to stop by, it was in the middle of another person being interviewed. This person was being interviewed in the foyer, right inside the front door. Of course, when I came in, I interrupted thier interview (not by choice, I had no idea). Because, I wasn't scheduled, I was told to come in whenever. When it was time for my interview, the 2 ladies giggled at my handwriting. Mind you, it's been over 20 years since I had to physically fill out an application by hand. Because, of course, most everything is done electronically. Laughing at someone's handwriting maybe ok with close friends or family, but not in a professional setting. Of course, I never heard back from them, and it's probably for the best. I'd rather not work for a company that believes this type of behavior is acceptable. I'll will be praying for them!

They're not a small town local company. They're a big business that's lost their way They're so…read moremoney hungry and employees are so focused on commission and numbers they will show up at your house unannounced, even after you've asked them not to (in writing) via text. They will just send someone else you don't know. And give you some BS. It was pouring down raining and extremely cold and had been for a week in the winter time. So we tried to reschedule. I sent a very clear text to our guy. Next day the Dogs started freaking out and I look outside and a man I've never met is in my back yard. If I hadn't just let my dogs in, he would have been bitten. Because he went through the closed gate and entered our property (without permission). They don't care. They only want to get you in a contract and do what they want to do, when they want to do it. Luckily, we never signed a contract. We tried to speak to them about this. We Called, emailed sent screenshots of my texts to their guys. They just don't care. They will come to your house and bill you no matter what. Doesn't matter if you're home or not, if you have animals, gates, nothing will stop them from getting your money, when they want. Use a small local company and save yourself the hassle of their complete lack of customer service, high pressure, commission based, corporate, profits over people mindset and way of doing business.

I called at the end of June and they were supposed to come deal with them. Apparently they were scheduled to come on the 11 but it was raining so no one came.
