He was prompt, professional, courteous, conscientious about his work, and did a fabulous job. His pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Since I use that door many times a day, Joel gave me a spring upgrade at no additional charge. He also put in new nylon bearing rollers, end bearings and plates for a small upcharge, and it really reduced the noise and runs very smoothly now. He also includes an annual inspection with lubrication at no charge to keep things working well. He is the owner of this family business and services the Chattanooga area and north Georgia.
