The guy who did my nails was really nice and really sweet even added a little bit more design. I tipped him $20 and he said thank you and he saying how much she appreciated and he gave me $10 back but I said no you don't have to do that so I just tip them 20 and he was so nice. My daughter and I walked in (per the sign on the door it's allowed) for a gel manicure for me and painted nails for her. I confirmed with the guy doing nails at the nail station on the other side of the pedicure chairs that I wanted a gel manicures and advised no tips when he asked if I wanted fake nails. I found the color and wrote "gel manicure" to be sure on the post-it. When I sat down with the technician, he began sanding my nail for an acrylic set instead of placing my hands in water. I told him, "I don't want fake tips, I just want a gel manicure". They proceeded to talk a bit and the guy who used the electric sander to sand my nail for tips walked away into the back. The guy at the first station proceeded to blame me for the encounter and said that if I had called to schedule an appointment then they would know what I want to have done and I told him I had already said what I wanted, that he confirmed with me what I didn't want, and had me sit down so somewhere after that he and the technician had some sort of miscommunication so I am confused as to what I did wrong and how I can fix it for next time. When I pointed this out and asked him what I can do to ensure I ask for the correct thing next time, he began telling me that many customers use the term "gel manicure" when they mean "a full set" and told me that the tech needed to use the electric grinder to make the gel polish stick better. I knew this was not correct for gel, it was correct for acrylics. I continued to express my confusion because of how he was describing the way both acrylic tips and manicures are called the same thing. He proceeded to tell me again that I just need to call ahead and he will know exactly what I would need. I explained that the entire reason why I am doing manicures instead of tips is because my nails are extremely thin after having a baby and that I did not want them grinded and sanded. This salon seems different since the really nice guy who was at the front desk for a LONG time left. I do not know what his name is but he got really nice microblading for his hair and then shortly after that the new guy took over. All of my encounters since he took over have not been pleasant and this is the last visit for us which is unfortunate because the manicure I ended up receiving was really nice and felt amazing. read more

Sad to say, this place is not good. Went in for a simple gel manicure and the results were horrible. I asked for straight with rounded edges, the tech refused to understand me and gave me round shaped nails. I asked again for straight, and she filed but they all just looked different. All my nails are a different length and some are just shaped completely strange. The polish job is also horrendous, all over my cuticles and some of my nails were just blobbed on so they look thick and gloopy. Had the tech been sweet about it and tried at least, it would've been fine, but she didn't care and was annoyed that I asked her to file them again. Only plus side here is that the decor looks nice. Stay away if you can, it's not even reasonably priced. read more

I got a pink and white full set done when I went there. Not only did I wait 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment, but the total ended up being 60 dollars with tip. They did a nice job, but the price on the window for a full set claimed to be 25 dollars, which is the whole reason I went there. Next time I'll probably stick with a standard manicure! read more

Look up their Google reviews instead of looking at these please. I get my nails done here alot. Richard and Vi are nice and the complimentary drink is nice. Yes, sometimes they are in a rush because they try to accommodate walk ins. Does not mean they do a terrible job though. They start charging you alittle less if your a repeat customer. This place isn't amazing, I admit, but it's not bad at all. :-) read more

Stay away from this place! They do an awful job and the manager is very rude and unwilling to stand behind their work. My daughter is a college student, saved her money to get her nails done. The acrylic polish was sticky and smudged all over and they looked terrible. The manager refused to give her a refund and said there were only 2 nails that needed to be fixed. They would fix them in a week. She's unable to do that because she won't be there then. We will have to pay again for her nails to go somewhere else and have them fixed. Would NEVER recommend this place and the manager is terrible. Poor customer service and poor job done. read more

WORST NAIL SALON EXPERIENCE EVER! I believe the guys name was Lewis and he wanted to charge me for every single thing! He wanted to charge me extra for my nail shape. Who does that? I was getting an acrylic fill, which obviously means I already have acrylic hence a "FILL" and he wanted to charge me extra because I already had acrylic. THen he lied and said it was $30, when on the board in the front it clearly says $18. Plus he burned my cuticles and made me bleed. He was so awful, will NEVER go back. We got in right away for our appt. One of the employees painted two of girls's nails in our group. He was rude and did a terrible job painting nails. Polish was all over their feet, even underneath! I requested to pay for Mayb cousins pedicure. The man doing her nails was told this. He then pulled her Aside and charged her. Thank god I asked if she paid for her pedicure or we would never have known. Terrible terrible experience!!! read more
