I just received the worst pedicure ever! nails were not cleaned. They were cut but not shaped and then she did a horrible job applying the polish. I pointed out a few things and she did not understand what I was asking. When leaving, I did pay in full and left her a tip, I stated how unhappy I was and she didn't not understand. Very disappointed. My nails look like a kid painted them and they are not evenly round. I got acrylic nails, not shaped well and painted over my real nail on a few nails where he didn't cover the nail completely. Hopefully others don't notice like I do. I do not recommend. Couldn't wait to treat myself to pedicure today. Paid for deluxe pedi. Basically the works with massage. It was the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. I never complain about much and am so upset over this. Literally from beg to end was terrible. My nails are uneven, polish a mess, paid extra for massage. Never got much. She literally rubbed my leg for ten min no massage at all had to ask her to do callouses twice, was in a rush, Water cold and list goes on. We are vacationing in kennebunkport and were seeking a reasonably priced salon for a basic mani-pedi. We tried best nails and were very pleased. Our technicians Amy and Tina couldn't have been sweeter. My cousin has a broken ankle so we weren't sure whether anyone would be willing to work on her injured foot. They were very gentle and provided as full a service as they were able to safely - being very gentle and making her feel totally welcome. They did a great job with both the pedicure and manicure and were very friendly throughout. The only reason I didn't give best nails 5 stars is because I would reserve that for a salon that also delivers extra little services such as shoulder massages, beverage service, spa-like atmosphere, etc. read more

I went here because my regular salon that I go to was closed for the day (so I thought) and I am traveling tomorrow so needed to get them done. The salon itself is not clean. The technician that did my nails said he had been doing nails since 94 but I can assure you, it was more like 9 days. It was so disappointing that when I left there, I drove past my regular place and they were open!! They had opened later in the day. All I can say is thank god!! I went in directly after I left this salon and had them fix my nails and actually give me a manicure . Thankfully they saved me !!! I do not recommend this salon. I was very disappointed all around. I was getting on here to look at the phone number. I have been going here for years and have had mostly everyone do my hands or feet. I have never been dissatisfied. Actually, I may have been once but told the owner and they fixed the problem immediately. It has always been perfect. They have out done themselves most of the time. If they don't understand what I am getting at, I speak up and they fix it. I walk away with a great coating and design and I don't over pay. Anyway, just thought everyone should know as I have seen that some people have been dissatisfied.
