I've never been treated so rudely in a retail establishment in my entire life! As soon as I walked in I almost felt like she mistook me for someone else because of the hateful way she glared at me while I quickly made a selection before her eyes burned through me completely. She didn't say a word until I asked what the different sausage rolls were. She then thrust a finger at each one and proceeded to yell out each one like a drill sergeant, "Jalepeno." "Cheese." "No cheese." "Cheese." I asked for two w/o cheese. She threw them into a bag, threw the bag in the microwave, and threw the bag on the counter - all this throwing took place in under 30 seconds. "$3.30," She said in that same angry tone. Before I could finish my next sentence, she yelled, "No coffee!" She then proceeded to ring me up, grabbed the money out of my hand, and walked away. No wonder the tip jar is empty! Unless you're masochistic or starving, I'd find another place to buy your donuts. By all means, come here if you want to be treated like the lowest form of despicable crap that has ever crawled out from the filthiest local sewer. Jerry Springer's T.V. guests would treat each other better than this woman will treat you! I'm still too dumbfounded to be furious. The food? At this point, I could care less how the food tastes. Well yesterday I made sure to check, and sure enough it was wrong again. I pull back around, and ask if I can change it out for what I had ordered, without looking at what was in the bag the person at the window started arguing with me insisting I had my correct order. Eventually I get what I ordered, and when I look into the bag at the croissant it is the same one I handed over, but they took off the bacon, and eggs to replace it with a cold piece of ham, and cold cheese. I've never made a review on anything good or bad, but after all the headaches I'd like to share with others.
