The Starbucks in the Altoona Target is the absolute best and the one in our HyVee grocery is still better than this one, and they run out of ingredients on the regular. This is not a quality error, or the fact that there wasn't enough staff to serve the customers - I was the only customer at the drive thru. It was laziness and employee quality control.

I then showered a picture of what was previously given to me when I asked for a Charlie & was told,"well you didn't ask for all that" to which I said,"I has no idea - I'm sorry as I've only ordered it a few times & that's all I was ever told to say." When ordering if they didn't know what I was asking for I would've happily looked up my previous order.. I also ordered the black pepper bacon sandwhich. I was given a bacon wrap twice & was asked if I meant the bacon one? I didn't know what that meant..they they asked me how it was made & I stared back blankly trying to figure out what was happening..I started to pull up their app to showcase what was on their menu.
