The previous bid from a large Watsonville company was to the tune of 22k+ to rip out the whole driveway and redo it from scratch. Eric came out, and pointed out all the areas that needed attention. He was advocating for not doing anything at all just as much as his company coming out and doing the job. No upsell. No BS. He was a straight shooter, honest, punctual and has great communication. When was the last time you dealt with a contractor that had 2 out of those 4, let alone all of them? The driveway came out awesome, just in time for winter rains. Thanks Eric & team!

If you could give someone a zero rating for professional work, it would be too much. From…read morebeginning to end this would not be a company that I would recommend to my worst enemy. The excavation wasn't deep enough; the concrete was not leveled properly; the brush mark show the amateur installation technique. Cigarette butts everywhere, very little clean up, and a rude business owner. One of the types that does nothing wrong, and will argue with you. Which is probably why he owns his own business, because he couldn't take constructive criticism. He also pulled the permit, charged the homeowner, and then would not provide a copy for our records. The town wouldn't provide a copy of it either. One would think that maybe the contractor and the town are into something corrupt. Here is my take: Do not hire, if you do, make sure you are a construction manager to oversee the work. Good luck.
